The paper proposes the functions for two new agents in collaboration e-business, since we know that collaborative processes are growing up and we have a large way to work on researches about e-business. Daily learning activities generate exchanges of ideas, doubts, and explanations between students and teachers. These dialogues and the possibility of asking a teacher questions disappear after classes. New automated communication tools developed with word processing programs, such as chatbots, have proven helpful in commerce and customer service. Some educational institutions are currently exploring the benefits of these programs in student care. This paper describes an exploratory study on the use of educational software and conversational agents in the teaching of programming; the objective is to identify the potential of this type of program to support teachers in the training of programmers and the accompaniment of students in their self-managed learning.

In the present work, the recovery of gold by the acid leaching method with constant stirring from a highly refractory ore from the metallurgical laboratory of the National University of Trujillo, Faculty of Metallurgical Engineering (Law 2.84 onz Au / TM); the independent variables were evaluated as the concentration of thiourea solution and agitation time. Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOX) are based on the in situ generation of hydroxyradicals (·OH), which have a high oxidation potential. In the case of Fenton processes !he generation of hydroxy radicals takes place by the combination of an oxidation agent (H202) with a catalyst (Fe(II)). These radicals are not selective and they react very fast with the organic matter,being able to oxidize a high variety of organic compounds. This property allows the degradation of pollutants into more biodegradable compounds, and,in some cases, their complete mineralization into C02 and mineral acids. Under optimal conditions, (pH=3, (Fe 2+] = 200 mg/L, [H2O2] = 3612 mg/L) the Fenton processes are able to reduce !he concentration of the organic matter present in the textile effiuent, up lo 97%.
