Objective: This systematic review aimed to investigate the changes in the composition of the subgingival microbiota among subjects with normo-weight, overweight and obesity, in conditions of periodontal health and disease. Materials and Methods: The protocol for this study was designed following PRISMA guidelines. Records were identified using different search engines (PubMed/MedLine, Scopus and Web of Science). Observational studies, in human subjects diagnosed with obesity (BMI >30kg/m2) and periodontal disease (gingivitis and periodontitis), on the analysis of subgingival microbiota were selected. Llama meat has a high protein level and low cholesterol and lipid levels. The aminoacids profile is similar to other ruminants. The fatty acid profile is characterized by moderatelevels of saturated fatty acids and high levels of monounsaturated fatty acids and lowlevels of polyunsaturated fatty acids. The carcass of animals from 36 to 44 months of age is the most suitable for commercial cuts, while meat from older animals, based on theirtechnological characteristics, is more suitable for the manufacture of meat products.Carcasses of young llamas are characterized by low weight, poor conformation and littlefat cover. In the last decade, the use of fashion films as a strategic content in the fashion industry has acquired special relevance. The objectives of this research are aimed at framing fashion films within the framework of branded content and distinguishing their specific characteristics in the sector of luxury fashion brands, such as Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Burberry and Dior. To do this, a qualitative methodology is used to study the most representative fashion films of the selected brands through an aesthetic analysis and a diegetic analysis. The results of the research show that brands conceive fashion films as content marketing, advertainment and branded entertainment, with different aesthetic and narrative characteristics.

The dry forest of northwestern Peru is the habitat of numerous native species that have received little attention beyond taxonomic purposes. Here we report the chemical composition of the roots and seeds of a set of accessions of Apondanthera biflora, a wild Cucurbit with potentialities as a food resource. The roots show features that are comparable to those from cassava roots and potato tubers: a high content of carbohydrates on a dry matter basis (77.5 – 84.9%), with starch representing around 20% of the total dry matter. The seeds’ fat content on a dry matter basis (22.22 – 39.37%) falls within the percentages found in oily seeds such as safflower, whereas the protein content (21.37 – 29.06%) is similar to that of flax and sunflower. The consumption of milk is widespread in the world and extensive information is found on the effect of its consumption on health. This literature review aimed to collect and organize information on the diff erential composition of fatty acids in the milk of various mammals and show their relationship with human health. The method uses protocols and search criteria (PICOS), to obtain the information and perform the analysis. In Peru, the payment received by the producer per kilogram of raw milk is based on a base price, to which bonuses are applied according to quality criteria established by the dairy industry. In the present study, the relationship of compositional and hygienic quality with the value of payment per kilogram of milk in a dairy in the Huaura Valley was evaluated. Retrospective information on the total solids content (%ST), mesophilic aerobic count (UFC/ml) and the payment received (Peruvian sol - S/) per kilogram of raw milk (VP) was obtained from biweekly reports for the period 2017-2020. Data were analysed using Spearman’s trend and correlation analysis. The results showed a positive trend for the %ST (from 12.02% in 2017 to 12.21% in 2020) and negative for the CFU/ml (32,690 in 2017 to 18,117 in 2020). Objectives: to determine the antimicrobial activity of the essential oil obtained from the leaves and stems of Aloysia triphylla “Cedrón” from the city of Huaraz, department of Ancash, district of Mancos. Materials and methods: The method of hydrodistillation by dragging of Steam to obtain the essential oil and for the determination of the antibacterial activity was carried out by the agar diffusion methodology against Streptococcus mutans ATCC 25175 and Porphyromonas gingivalis ATCC 33277, comparing them with a positive control which was a commercial chlorhexidine mouthwash at 0.05%. Objective: Evaluate the surface roughness, weight and color of a composite resin, submitted to two finish and polish systems, after contact with beer and rum. Materials and methods: 63 BrilliantTM NG (COLTENE, USA) composite resin discs of 10 mm in diameter and 2 mm thick, after 24 hours of permanence in distilled water, randomly divided into three groups (n: 21) for polishing using Sof-flex (3M-USA) discs and fine-grained diamond burs (KG-Sorensen, Brazil) and third group without any procedure, for each sample the initial measurement was made in weight, roughness and color.
