Objective: to analyze the budgetary impact of emicizumab compared to activated prothrombin complex concentrate (aPCC) for the prophylactic treatment of hemophilia A with inhibitors. Material and methods: A budget impact analysis in a hypothetical cohort of 26 Peruvian patients with Hemophilia A with inhibitors. The data comes from scientific articles published in peer-reviewed journals. Three scenarios were considered: the e calculated without bleeding episode costs, the price calculated with bleeding episodes treated with aPCC, and the price calculated with bleeding episodes treated with rFVIIa. Results: The savings for using emicizumab range from S/. 67,531,645 to S/. 120,176,763.84, the most likely being S/. 111,008,056.32. This research applies complexity theory to explain the formation process of complex strategies. A systematic literature review was carried out to identify the state of the art and it was observed that the theoretical framework of the theory is dispersed. In this context, the local behavior scheme, unpredictability, self-organization, emergent order and evolution on the edge of chaos were identified as the most representative constructs of the theory. Based on these concepts, it was concluded that managers have a fundamental role in leading organizations; that strategies must promote experimentation, improvisation, trial and error; and that they must be constantly updated based on changes in the environment. Finally, a conceptual model of the complex strategy formation process is developed and a set of practical recommendations is provided.

The stylohyoid complex is a bony and ligamentous structure, formed by several anatomical entities such as the styloid process, the stylohyoid ligament and the horn of the hyoid. The styloid process originates in the tympanic portion of the temporal bone and measures an average of 25 mm; sometimes it may be increased in length, a situation that may or may not have pain itself. Objective: To determine the prevalence of mineralization of the stylohyoid complex of patients at the country of Ecuador using digital panoramic radiographs. Material and methods: Analysis of 2025 digital panoramic radiographs of patients of both sexes, between 12 and 92 years of age, from the period 2015-2016. It has been obtained a good quality copper cement from copper-zinc sulphides ores of the east peruvian Andes at Marañon complex zone using integrated metallurgical processes, that makes easier the possibility to give technological value to peruvian concentrates of copper. Monitoring obtained products employing combined techniques such the X-Ray diffraction or the Mössbauer spectroscopy allow us to have a better information of the existing elements and help to control and optimize the metallurgical processes. Acute aortic syndromes (AAS) include a variety of overlapping anatomical and clinical conditions. Intramural hematoma (IMH), penetrating aortic ulcer (UAP), and aortic dissection occur in isolation or may coexist in the same patient. All entities are potentially life threatening, so prompt diagnosis and management are a primary goal of care. IMH represents 5-30% of all AAS and 60-70% of cases are located in the descending portion of the aorta. The diagnosis relies on a high index of clinical suspicion and on the use of complementary images (computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging). Introduction: The infiltration of botulinum toxin type A causes chemical denervation of the abdominal wall muscles surrounding the hernia defects of complex eventrations, favoring their repair. Report: 11 cases aren presented with complex eventrations, whose lateral muscle complexes were infiltrated, with botulinum toxin type A (Botox®), as a prehabilitative measure. In the post-infiltration tomographic images, we observed a decrease in the transverse diameter of the right lateral complex between 0.2 to 2 cm and between 0.6 to 1.5 cm on the left side, which represented a reduction of 38% and 40% respectively. The objective of this reflection article is to account for the complexity of the approach to forest bioethics among the actors involved in the Peruvian Amazon in a context dominated by an anthropocentric perspective and the neoliberal capitalist system. For this purpose, bibliographic research was carried out and complemented by the discussions generated around the forestry philosophy cycle developed by Forest Fridays, the Peruvian virtual training space for forestry engineers, between August and September 2022.
