El presente estudio tuvo como fin dar solución a la variabilidad en las ventas generadas por el ausentismo laboral relacionado con las actividades de trabajo en las que se desempeñan. El objetivo de esta investigación fue establecer la efectividad de un programa de ejercicio s en el incremento del rendimiento físico en adultos mayores de la C línica Calidad de Vida , Huancayo 2024. E l nivel de la investigación fue el aplicativo , utilizando el diseño cuasi experimental con pre y post test. The main purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Experimentation Based Program (EBP) for second grade of primary school students in order to increase science skills, in the observation and experimentation items. It is a technological research, with a quasi-experimental design with two available samples consisting in 27 children: 12 of them for the control group and 15 other children for the experimental group. It was taken the test of pre test and post test of Scientific Skills Assessment (Yriarte, 2011) to the control and experimental group. Conclusion: There were significant differences for the experimental group in comparison to the control group in the pretest and posttest fases and after the implementation of Agenda Based Experimentation, mother words, the experimental group increased the ability experimentation.

The following research deals with a methodological proposal in the teaching of vocabulary through the use of songs in English from the view of the musical expression and the English language. This research has an interdisciplinary approach between music and language in order to achieve a meaningful learning for the student, with the attempt to increase the English vocabulary of these students. La investigación tuvo como propósito constatar la efectividad del Programa “Juego, coopero y aprendo” en el incremento del desarrollo psicomotor en las dimensiones de coordinación, motricidad y lenguaje en niños de 3 años de una I.E. del Callao. La investigación fue experimental y el diseño pre experimental, de pretest y postest con un solo grupo, cuya muestra fue conformada por 16 niños. El instrumento utilizado fue el Test de desarrollo psicomotor (TEPSI) de Haeussler & Marchant (2009) que se aplicó a la muestra antes y después de aplicar el programa de intervención. Los resultados fueron analizados estadísticamente mediante la prueba de Wilcoxon, encontrándose que la aplicación del Programa muestra efectividad al incrementar significativamente los niveles del desarrollo psicomotor en todas las dimensiones evaluadas.

The primary objective of the research was to assess how the introduction of the 'Gamifying' educational program influenced the enhancement of scholarly enthusiasm among students enrolled in the Eighth Cycle Physical Education course at the Faculty of Education and Humanities, National University of the Peruvian Amazon, Iquitos, during the year 2023. El problema central y objetivo principal de la investigación es determinar de qué manera el Programa de Incentivos a la Mejora de la Gestión Municipal influye en la Recaudación del Impuesto Predial de la Municipalidad Distrital de Guadalupe, Año 2019. This thesis demonstrates that the implementation of a training program developed under the model of Kirkpatrick improved the level of security of the company Executive Solutions S.A.C. in its operation at the Lindley - Trujillo plant. Executive Solutions S.A.C. Had a talk program which only had the purpose of complying with law 29783, but were not aimed at increasing the culture of safety in their operations with forklifts or indicators. The implementation of the "Zero Accident" training program developed under Kirkpatrick's training and evaluation model and using tools for adult learning achieved a 74.4% satisfaction level, improving staff work climate. In this research the Early Stimulation Program (ESP) by “Vida’s Centro de la Familia”, a private institution, has been applied and its effectiveness has been evaluated for the psychomotor development of children ages 0 to 3. This research was applied to an experimental group (EG) and a control group (CG), each with 50 children participants. Con la presente investigación se determinó la influencia de la aplicación del programa de rehabilitación en la reducción de los niveles de agresividad en reos del centro penitenciario de Chota – Cajamarca.
