The political events of a nation rule the agglomerated milestone of opinion figures, who agitate the masses for a particular political ideology. That representation is subject to politicians representing a political party, at the same time it has to be based on programmatic ideologies with a journalistic dissemination body that points to a rule in its historical process, for example the ideological struggles in the journalistic industries: “The group tends to assimilate all the elements capable of claiming socialism without excepting those that come from gonzalezpradista radicalism and are preserved outside the political parties ”(Mariátegui, 1986, p.99)

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es dar a conocer la narración, es la manera excelentísima de conexión de las personas en las distintas civilizaciones. Es un modo de entregar conocimiento a la humanidad y a sus costumbres; revela una organización esencial de nuestro entendimiento. El objetivo de esta tesis es diseñar e implementar un sistema de detección de tormentas eléctricas para prevenir la paralización total en el área de operaciones de Minera Yanacocha SRL - Cajamarca. Para alcanzar este objetivo, el Detector TorGuard fue elegido por su amplia detección de campo electrostático. Para conectar los sensores, se usó la tipología estrella con un nodo central único, se optó por usar el protocolo de comunicación RS232 y TCP/IP. This article analyses Wikipedia’s coverage in news from Spanish-speaking digital media. Framing Theory is used to examine how media outlets present Wikipedia in their article headlines. A total of 652 news articles were analyzed from the Factiva database between the years 2013 and 2023. Various analyses were conducted, including the distribution and temporal trends of the news, word frequency and heatmaps, the Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm, and word co-occurrence in content and headlines. Natural language processing and machine learning techniques were applied for topic analysis. The results show that Spanish media has published the most about Wikipedia, with increased coverage during global events such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Ukraine conflict. This study was developed to evaluate if the socioeconomic factors: Per Capita Income (PCI) and electricity consumption patterns, influence on the Domestic Solid Waste Per capita (PPC) production increment of Moyobamba city, during eight running days and in the setember and december months of the year 2004. Although the Peruvian Agrarian Reform has been a mayor event for the peasant communities of Peru, especially in the Andes, it is barely evoked. It is the case of the community of Llanchu, located in the region of Cusco y in the Province of Calca, even if it has born thanks to the reform. In this paper we will analyse the way people refers to the agrarian reform. We will show that discourses about the past are socially controlled as any other kind of speech in that society. We will also discuss the way this past is engraved in the society and its territory. The ancient categories former to the reform are then still in use today even if they are expressed in new words. Los registros sísmicos son importantes para la mejora del diseño sísmico, la evaluación de daños y el análisis de los efectos de los sismos. A pesar de la relevancia de contar con redes acelerográficas, su implementación en el Perú se ha realizado recién en los últimos años. Por ejemplo, sólo cinco estaciones en Lima registraron el terremoto de 7,9 MW de Pisco 2007, mientras que 55 estaciones registraron el sismo de 6,0 MW de Mala 2021. El número actual de estaciones acelerográficas en la ciudad de Lima ofrece una oportunidad para mejorar la caracterización sísmica del suelo.
