Currently, due to various cases of corruption, various academic and non-academic spaces have focused on evaluating and understanding how public works contracting processes aredeveloped.Due to the discoveries of journalistic studies, in several countries, especially in the region, cases of corruption have been found in officials of all levels. Given this situation, an ethical evaluationis relevant and important.The present study seeks to understand, from a management and top management perspective, from sociology and neuroscience, the reason for the inappropriate behavior of the aforementioned public officials. This in a frame of affirmation that indicates that, if we do not take care of evaluating ethical and humanistic aspects, we will not be able to have a sustainable development in public and privatespaces.

More than a year ago, Ecuador suffered a 7.8 Mw earthquake that was devastating, the automatic response was to run to the affected areas and rebuild. Meche’s House is an alternative: the crisis as an opportunity to experiment and consolidate popular construction systems based on an endogenous and holistic approach. The evaluation of the interests was carried out by means of a questionnaire elaborated for the present study. The second used instrument evaluated the attributional styles. In this paper the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is described, and then the service providers cloud computing is identified. The first activity in multicriteria decision- making is to establish the factors that are important to that decision. This has been determined as criteria in selecting cloud providers: accessibility scalability, performance, security. The SEPROCCAHP v01 model has been applied for three groups of students in the course of business logistics. Two groups of students have selected Google, and a third group at Microsoft. The results differ because it depends on value judgments issued in the peer evaluation criteria and alternatives to select.

We try to compare two theoretical-methodological approaches in order to identify factors that explain the dependent variables: evaluation stress and coping styles to this stress. On one side, Self theorists assume as independent variable of the evaluation stress the trait anxiety toward evaluation, and as independent variables of the coping stress styles the personal orientation (locus of control internal-external), and the cognitive style (dependence-independence of field). To evaluate the impact of the international accreditation process at Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos’s Faculty of Dentistry was the purpose of the investigation. Methodology: The study was descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective. The sample was made up by 307 (of 450) students randomly selected. The data collection was obtained by a questionnaire survey. Chi square test (SPSS 20) was applied. The results showed that the level of student’s satisfaction related to accreditation process was regular to good (37.1% and 51.3%). Objective: To determine and interpret the perception of the graduates about the teaching-learning process in a School of Private Nursing. Materials and methods: The research approach is mixed. The design is concurrent according to the time of the methods and quant / which according to the priority. The sample consisted of 120 graduates in the quantitative phase, of which 8 were selected for the qualitative phase. The instrument used in the quantitative phase was a Likert scale of 30 items, validated by expert judgment. In order to evaluate the forms of interaction in the main Instagramers from Peru and Colombia, an exploratory analysis of their profiles was carried out on the Instagram audiovisual platform during 2019. For this reason, firstly, the Heepsy tool was used to establish the influencers with greater impact within the platform in both countries and then, through the monitoring tools Fan Page Karma and Social Blade, to determine a set of variables and parameters regarding their interaction.
