The Chinese capital fishing fleets extract resources on a global scale in the oceans of the world in order to supply their growing domestic market for marine products, such as the giant squid Dosydicus gigas. This article develops a business plan to introduce giant squid in markets in the United States in the form of breaded seafood. The added value that local processing gives to the resource is determinant for obtaining higher prices, as compared to those being paid for squid as raw material, and for entering international markets for fi nished products. The proposed model covers the marketing plan, operations strategies and economic evaluation; the last one shows the economic results expected and the generated profi ts. The article ends by pointing out the critical factors of the business plan: the characteristics of the demand in the destination market and the supply of raw material.

Muscle proteins of Dosidicus gigas mantle have great techno-functional advantages and during their processing at industrial level considerable discards of muscle proteins are generated and used to elaborate meals with low added value. The objective was to obtain a snack extruded from cereals (corn, rice, kiwicha) and giant squid protein concentrate (CPCG), which meets the protein and amino acid requirements for children aged 5 to 12 years. The process flow was reception of the raw material, ground, weighed and mixed, conditioning the mixture, extruded, cooled, packed in a bioriented polypropylene bag, sealed and stored. The base mix included: 60.0% corn, 18.5% rice, 15.0% kiwicha and 4.0% CPCG. Likewise, the suitable parameters for the extrusion process were: 12.6% moisture of the mixture and screw speed of the extruder of 150 RPM. The extruded snack had a round shape with an average diameter of 1,3 cm, cream color and no smell and taste of the giant squid resource. The jumbo squid fishery in Peru is the second most important after the anchovy fishery. During its manufacturing process, only 50% to 60% of the total jumbo squid is used, thereby, the residues could be used to develop functional foods. Cañihua (Chenopodium pallidicaule Aellen) is an Andean pseudocereal from the highlands of Peru characterized by its high nutritional value. El proyecto nació de la idea de que en Perú la pota (Dosidicus gigas) es un recurso abundante e infravalorado en el mercado nacional. In the present work are defined the steps to follow in order to determine the critical quality attributes in a manufacturing process of a pharmaceutical product. Analyzing the impact and criticality of each of the manufacturing operations in the quality of the product and defining the critical attributes to control. According to the results obtained, it was decided to apply NIR spectroscopy as an alternative to conventional methods to quickly control the critical attributes during the manufacturing process of a powder for suspension. The objective is to build the quality of the final product, controlling critical quality attributes of intermediate products in the same process by applying Process Analytical Technology (PAT).

The objective was to design a process manual for the diagnosis and maintenance of electrical micromobility based on time standards. The study has a quantitative approach, like a feasible project, a documentary design. The sample consists of scientific, technical and manual studies. To collect information, the document analysis technique was applied and the instrument consisted of an analysis matrix. We show the results of the teaching-learning experience of the Math 'Level 0' course given to the freshers at UPC who do not pass the Math 'Level Exam'. The work was based on the feedback of the learning process and it was done at the same time that the university 'methodology of competencies' was being applied. The difference was based on the feedback given on each class based on evaluations that measured their cognitive and 'procedural knowledge'(part calculus and modelling of everyday situations). The comparison with the results obtained at the end of the week in general evaluations (common for each class) were positive, which encouraged us to keep up this learning process by common agreement.At the end of the course when comparisons between each class were made we saw that 70% passed the course due to applying this methodology. The squid (Dosidicus gigas) is a cephalopod mollusk, a source of high quality proteins that is currently underexploited. The objective was to develop the methodology for the elaboration of a pre-cooked pota product, to evaluate the digestibility of the proteins and the shelf life of the product. Methodology: In a descriptive and experimental design, the nutritional technological study was carried out. Two samples of squid each consisting of 5 kg of the mantle, acquired at the Callao Fishing Terminal, were processed and analyzed independently.
