Objective: To develop a methodology for the assuranceof the quality of the processes ofthe Program of Maintenance of School Premises in the Region of Tacna to increase its effectiveness. Methodology: lt was used an application design, because it is oriented to solve a problem, which ¡is the lack of a methodology for the development of the processes of the Program of Maintenanceof School Premises. Results: Procedures and format based on flow charts of the School Site Maintenance Program processes were designed, which allowed a better understanding ofthe users. Conclusion: A methodology was developed for the quality assurance of the School Site Maintenance Program, which improved the effectiveness of the maintenance of the educational infrastructure of the Tacna Region.

Objective. To identify limiting factors in the process of preparing a scientific research project in students of the nursing program at Universidad de Huanuco, 2019. Methods. It was an observational, prospective, and analytical study. Population sample comprised of 60 students. Measurement instruments were: interview guide with general characteristics of the sample. Two questionnaires, preparation of a research project and limiting factors, which were validated. For the statistical analysis, Chi-Square test of independence was used, Odds ratio (OR) estimation and p < 0.05 were performed. Results. Project preparation process in 53.3 % (32) was adequate. La presente investigación, estuvo orientada en dar respuesta a la hipótesis planteada y determinar la influencia que tiene el Programa de Acompañamiento Docente sobre los procesos didácticos como estrategia de soporte pedagógico los docentes del primer y segundo grado del nivel de educación primaria de la Institución Educativa “José Enrique Celis Bardales” distrito de Tarapoto – 2016, el cual se ven reflejadas en diversas formas en la labor cotidiana de los docentes. Health care is an institutionalized activity under the control of the State. Current public policy offers benefits limited to scientific progress and the use of technology for its potential to solve highly complex problems. However, in public hospitals, the distance between the discourse and the concretion of care is observed, whose epitome is human praxis. This work is the result of a research project of the Master’s and Doctoral Program in Medical, Dental and Health Sciences of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Uses the ethnographic method in the clinical context. Findings open the discussion on the scope and implications of how technology is used in the clinical context. Currently, the use of technology is a topic of research in the Department of History and Philosophy of Medicine of the UNAM, coordinated by Professor Alfredo Paulo Maya.

Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. In this sense, the social function of public relations (PR) can provide an important service to prevent resistance to social changes that involve innovation processes. The literature consulted shows that theorizations on social innovation, recommend cultivating relational capital and theories and models PR provide methods and techniques to reliably achieve said capital. This article discusses the training of promoters in a program to promote community libraries. Systematization is a critical rearrangement of the events into an experience to understand the reasons that it develops in a specific way and not otherwise. Two processes are reconstructed first, the overall project cycle during which develops the experience and then, secondly, we present the development of process specific training of community. It ends by presenting the lessons learned identified and developed.

This paper describes the process followed by an internarional NFO, ITDG -Practical Solutions, to improve communication impact on its practices and institutional policies. It shows an inventory of the main challenges that NGOs are facing in the field of communication, the inrernarional scenario factors which generate them and the route this organization followed to meet them. The designed program, advances and lessons learned in the way, and also the considerations that must be taken to follow similar processes are described in detail.

El estudio descrito a continuación tiene la finalidad de determinar la viabilidad técnica, económica, financiera, de mercado y social de la implementación de una planta procesadora de planchas de granito. Mediante un estudio de mercado se determinó que el proyecto será dirigido principalmente a los sectores "A" y "B" de Lima Metropolitana. Asimismo, se realizó una proyección de la demanda para la duración del proyecto de 5 años, teniendo como demanda del último año un aproximado de 102 661 planchas de granito.
