In court, genetic evidence owns the privilege of irrefutability. Judges often use this means of proof uncritically, in other words, without any rational instrument. Rethinking DNA testing suggests a challenge that emphasizes the need for dialogue between law, epistemology and science. In particular, in the filiation process, despite the lack of an epistemic analysis of this scientific test, it has become the “ideal” evidentiary instrument to prove parent-child filiation. This article analyzes one of the discriminatory discourses that has recently acquired special relevance in the Peruvian national context: cyberterruqueo. The aim is to carry out a descriptive analysis of the phenomenon —from the political-ideological and ethnic, racial and cultural perspectives—, and to study, in the context of cyberspace, the hegemonic representations that are discursively created with respect to certain sectors of the population. The aim of this research was to establish the relationship between phonological awareness and lexical processes in reading. This study was correlational, longitudinal and its design was not experimental. Thirty six students from a public school in the city of Lima were assessed in two stages: kinder and 2nd grade. The Phonological Awareness Assessment Test - PECO and the Lexical Processes subtests - PROLEC-R were used, both in adapted versions. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between phonological awareness and lexical processes in reading. However, there is a significant relationship between syllable identification task and word reading subtest in speed and reading skills indexes. This essay aims to identify the scriptural and semantic variations and linguistic processes in the morphosyntax of the terms quniraya, kumirraya, kuniraya, quñiraya, quniraya, -iraya. Corpora concerning quniraya were identified in Hispanic chronicles, 16th-century colonial dictionaries, and both historical and contemporary documents, which were then organized and compared to examine the writing, the processes that occurred within the word, and ultimately to determine its semantics. For this purpose, a textual record was utilized. After identification, the processes were analyzed and explained to verify phenomena such as syncope, fricativization, velarization, palatalization, suppression, apheresis, and pronunciation, among others. The judicial process followed against César Vallejo is one of the most iconic cases of our legal system, as it not only resulted in the imprisonment of our universal poet but also took place when the foundations of our penal system were being reformed. In other words, the trial was an opportunity to demonstrate that our penal system evolved from an inquisitorial to an accusatorial system. Unfortunately, the opposite proved to be true: despite the change of code, the inquisitorial assumptions were unfairly applied against our universal poet with the purpose of ensuring his imprisonment during the instructive stage of the process, that is, before the relevant oral trial to determine his innocence. In this sense, this article seeks to demonstrate how the purpose of this first stage was undermined.

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la efectividad del programa Lectores críticos en la competencia lectora de textos argumentativos. El estudio es de nivel explicativo, tipo aplicada con diseño cuasi experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 36 estudiantes del 4° grado de secundaria de una institución educativa pública de Lima-Metropolitana y se distribuyó en dos grupos: experimental y control, los cuales se determinaron a partir de criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se aplicó un pretest antes de la aplicación del programa y un postest después de la misma con la finalidad de comparar las medias. Los resultados que se obtuvieron indican que la aplicación del programa mejoró la competencia lectora de los estudiantes que recibieron la intervención educativa.

As Garcia Belaunde recalls they have existed since the 60’s in Italy, from where the name «Battle of the Courts» originated, because the maximum judicial body in said country is the Court of Cassation and the concentrated body for constitutional control is the Constitutional Tribunal. In order to evaluate the forms of interaction in the main Instagramers from Peru and Colombia, an exploratory analysis of their profiles was carried out on the Instagram audiovisual platform during 2019. For this reason, firstly, the Heepsy tool was used to establish the influencers with greater impact within the platform in both countries and then, through the monitoring tools Fan Page Karma and Social Blade, to determine a set of variables and parameters regarding their interaction. The results show that the audience index is higher for Instagramers from Colombia than for the ones from Peru. This paper is intended to give a synchronic description of the phonological processes suffered by the occlusive segments in coda position at the inner part of the word in the Spanish of Lima. In addition, the descriptive part of the research will be supported by acoustic data that may be evidenced throughout the work. For this purpose the Praat program was used (acoustic analysis). On the other hand, the contrast between the onset and syllabic coda is evidenced from the types ofprocesses that affect each of these positions; for example, the onsets tend to be modified by reinforcement phenomena, while the syllabic codas are modified by weakening processes. This research had as objective develop, implement and validate lexicons (write to the dictation of words and sentences to assess mastery of the phonological path and write words to assess the visual route spelling), a program of stimulation of the psychological processes of the writing: syntactic process (ordering and complete words, placing punctuation) and planning of measured Scripture through the construction of a sequence of stories and the drafting of a descriptive and narrative text. On the research of the lexical structure stands out from three decades the study of the role played by morphology. A number of investigations, with and without brain damaged subjects, have shown that morphology plays an important role on the lexical access, although its role is still not very well know. A number of investigations, with and without brain damaged subjects, have shown that morphology plays an important role on the lexical access, although its role is still not very well know. In this study we make a deep revision of the main researches concerning the role of morphology, and discuss the results on the light of the different models proposed.
