Desde junio del 2022, debido a la obligatoriedad de emitir facturas electrónicas declarado por el gobierno de Perú para todas las empresas, generó que la cantidad de facturas electrónicas recibidas llegue a ser similar a la que se recibía por facturas físicas. La nueva forma de emisión conllevó que el proceso manual que se realizaban con los documentos físicos se aplique también con las electrónicas. RESUMEN El siguiente artículo corresponde a la implementación de la gestión por procesos en la administración documentaria de la constructora ASOLFED contratistas Generales SAC de la ciudad de Trujillo, Perú. Para esto se siguió un enfoque de investigación Pre-Experimental, donde se utilizaron técnicas de recolección de información como encuesta, entrevista y revisión documental. Para la implementación de la gestión por procesos se utilizó una metodología propuesta que tuvo las siguientes etapas: Preparatoria, Diagnóstico, Verificación y, Medición y mejora de procesos; en la cual se tuvo como resultados la conservación de los documentos en un aumento de 121.52%, el tiempo de acceso a la información se redujo en un 98.07%, la optimización de uso del papel se redujo en un 50.96% y la satisfacción de los colaboradores fue de un 100% en esta constructora. This essay aims to identify the scriptural and semantic variations and linguistic processes in the morphosyntax of the terms quniraya, kumirraya, kuniraya, quñiraya, quniraya, -iraya. Corpora concerning quniraya were identified in Hispanic chronicles, 16th-century colonial dictionaries, and both historical and contemporary documents, which were then organized and compared to examine the writing, the processes that occurred within the word, and ultimately to determine its semantics. For this purpose, a textual record was utilized. After identification, the processes were analyzed and explained to verify phenomena such as syncope, fricativization, velarization, palatalization, suppression, apheresis, and pronunciation, among others. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de literatura en las bases datos Science Direct, PubMed, SciELO, EBSCO host, Redalyc, ProQuest y Google Scholar, seguida de un metaanálisis para estimar la prevalencia combinada de Salmonella spp en canales de cerdos en plantas de beneficio del país. Se recopilaron 3007 artículos científicos, informes técnicos, trabajos de grado y presentaciones de reuniones técnicas publicados entre 2009 y 2020. Se retiraron aquellos que no cumplían con los criterios de inclusión. Se revisaron 51 estudios en detalle, seleccionando 11 documentos que se emplearon en el metaanálisis. Los aceites esenciales extraídos de diversas partes de las plantas han sido empleados desde tiempos ancestrales con fines medicinales, condimentarios, conservantes y aromatizantes. En este estudio, se llevó a cabo una exhaustiva revisión bibliográfica sobre el uso de aceites esenciales en la industria de embutidos. Se empleó la metodología PRISMA para recopilar la información, obteniendo un total de 15 documentos técnicos y 17 documentos específicos sobre aceites de plantas aromáticas y sus efectos en productos cárnicos, siguiendo criterios de inclusión y considerando palabras clave relevantes.
