The solution‐combustion process is presented, as well as its application to the synthesis of YAlO3 (YAP). Urea and glycine were used as fuel for the combustion reaction and synthesis of the YAP. The structure and morphology of the obtained sample were analyzed using the X‐ray diffraction (XRD) powder method and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The X‐ray patterns showed an excellent agreement with data reported in the literature for this material. Results are also given for samples of YAlxCrx‐1O3 doped with Cr3+, with x = 0.001, 0.01, which showed dominant diffraction peaks due to the orthorhombic phase of YAlO3.

En este informe se presenta y describe un modelo general Olap y prototipo de un Sistema DataWareHouse para una empresa del sector público en general y se implementa en el caso Practico de una Editora, Se revisan los antecedentes, cómo se consolida la información actualmente de forma manual o con apoyo de otros sistemas, se define el problema, se muestra gráficamente la situación actual, se determina la justificación del presente trabajo y los métodos utilizados. Se detallan los objetivos generales y específicos; además se explica el concepto de Inteligencia de Negocios y Almacén de Datos. Se muestra el Modelo General OLAP de Empresa Editora, así como el prototipo desarrollado para mostrar parte de la solución al problema. Se obtuvieron diecinueve VHHs (dominios variables únicos de los anticuerpos de cadena pesada) que unen a CD105 (endoglina) humano, un co-receptor endotelial de TFG-β implicado en la regulación de la angiogénesis y el desarrollo de tumores, mediante screening por phage display de una biblioteca de ADNc de VHH obtenida de alpacas inmunizadas con un lisado de una línea celular de cáncer de vejiga que sobreexpresa CD105 (T24). Las secuencias de los VHH se analizaron con ExPASY, GeneDoc y BLAST y mostraron las características estructurales típicas de los VHHs. Ellas se clonaron y expresaron en pET22b(+)/E.coli y los VHHs recombinantes se purificaron por cromatografía de afinidad. OBJECTIVE: To identify personal, institutional and contextual factors involved in the scientific papers production process by Medical School researchers. MATERIAL AND METHODS: 1) The San Marcos University Research Activities Registry (RAIS) data base created by the Research Council (CSI); and 2) In depth interviews of intentionally selected informers inquiring about various aspects of the scientific production process. RESULTS: During the period 1990 through 2001 from 994 faculty members, 149 (15%) published scientific papers in journals and registered them in the RAIS. Background: endocrine disorders may affect sexuality due to hormonal changes, associated comorbidities and psychosocial impact. This topic remains poorly researched from the perspective of people with these conditions. Objectives: a qualitative research was conducted to understand the sexual experiences of women and men living with endocrine disorders that change their physical appearance. Methods: an analytical-interpretive study was carried out with a sample of 68 participants aged between 20 and 45, and treated at the National Institute of Endocrinology, Havana, Cuba. Today it is difficult for an SME to apply the Quality Models and proposed tests such as CMMI, TMMi,, TMap, IEEE Standard referring to the process of V & V, this primarily by: 1) the degree of complexity,; 2) cost constraints that SMEs do not have enough money to hire market specialists that can provide the directives they need or 3) simply because of the ignorance that exists about the benefits obtained. The present research has as main objective to develop a methodological framework Process Verification and Validation adjusted for socioeconomic reality of SME. The framework was applied to the project Inventory Control System of the Company QBOSS SAC, the initial situation of the company was analyzed, then the methodological framework developed was applied, and finally the results were positive for the organization.

Accurate determination of plant water status is mandatory to optimize irrigation scheduling and thus maximize yield. Infrared thermography (IRT) can be used as a proxy for detecting stomatal closure as a measure of plant water stress. In this study, an open-source software (Thermal Image Processor (TIPCIP)) that includes image processing techniques such as thermal-visible image segmentation and morphological operations was developed to estimate the crop water stress index (CWSI) in potato crops.
