This article of reflection, on the pre-Hispanic settlement of San Lorenzo (500 A.D. and 950 A.D.), located in the lower sector of the coastal desert Valley of Azapa, in Arica- Chile, in which evidence of Tiwanaku influences. It is postulated that there was a preHispanic planning process in it, which was maintaining architectures from other periods in the same place, in turn strongly related to the components of its natural, morphological and ecosystem landscape. A survey of different types of mortars used in their development is carried out declaring different stages of their planning. The present instrumental study aimed to describe the psychometric properties of the Coping with Pre-Exam Anxiety and Uncertainty Scale (COPEAU-A) in Chilean university students. 230 first-year students from a university in the north of Chile participated, where 67,4% were women and 32.6% men, with an average age of 18,9 years. By confirmatory factor analysis, using a robust weighted least squares method (WLSMV), five models were compared, finding the best fit indicators in the composite of four oblique factors with 20 ítems (X2=228,795, gl=164, p<,01; X2/gl=1,395; TLI=,929; CFI=,939; RMSEA=,042). The reliability of the four factors was adequate, showing McDonald's Omega coefficients between ω=,716 and ω=,873. In order to determine the relationship between knowledge of the Preferential School Subsidy Law and the use of educational improvement plans by teachers and principals of municipal schools in Iquique, Chile. For this purpose, we used a descriptive-correlational research, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. In the educational institutions approached, on the one hand, a sample of 92 teachers was chosen from a universe of 120; and, on the other hand, the entire population of (05) principals was selected, who were surveyed through a questionnaire of forty items, with mixed scaling and pre-coded by levels; the aforementioned instrument was validated and had a very high reliability, Cronbach's Alpha 0.907. El objetivo del estudio fue realizar una evaluación histomorfométrica de ovarios fetales de Lobo Marino Fino Sudamericano (Arctocephalus australis) de la subpoblación de Perú/ norte de Chile. Para ello se utilizaron muestras de ovarios fetales (n= 08) de cuatro individuos colectados a partir de eventos enzoóticos de abortos en el Área Natural Protegida Punta San Juan (15°22′S, 75°12′O) en los años 2016 y 2017. Las muestras colectadas corresponden a ovarios de fetos del segundo tercio de desarrollo gestacional aproximadamente y fueron procesadas siguiendo métodos histológicos convencionales con tinción H&E. La medición de los tamaños foliculares y la evaluación de reserva ovárica se llevó a cabo considerando procedimientos previamente reportados en la literatura. This article describes the process of development of tools and pedagogical practices in intercultural educational contexts through a project of connection between the Early Childhood Education School of Bernardo O’Higgins University and the Guillermo Videla kindergarten in Santiago de Chile. This initiative is based on the need to support the work of the institutions in new educational realities in a systematic way and according to their own needs. As a result, a work proposal is obtained that concerns coconstruction criteria, development of self-learning practices for the educational community and contextualization of the strategies implemented in intercultural contexts.

Deep learning methods can be applied to generate predictive models. We worked with the gross domestic product (GDP) of six Latin American countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, using annual and quarterly macroeconomic indicators from the World Bank and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), respectively. For the pre-processing of the data, we decomposed the quarterly series into trend, seasonality, and residual and used them as additional characteristics to provide more information to the models. In addition, outliers resulting from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the world economy were replaced. Multilayer perceptron, convolutional neural networks, LSTM, GRU, and SeqToSeq models were built for each country and their series’ frequency, then evaluated by continuous cross-validation and MAE, RMSE, and MAPE metrics. El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como objetivo identificar y cuantificar las diferentes alteraciones morfológicas de espermatozoides de Argopecten purpuratus, ocasionadas por el proceso de criopreservación, y relacionarlas con su motilidad y capacidad de fecundación post-descongelamiento. Se utilizaron conchas de abanico maduras obtenidas de cultivos suspendidos de la Bahía la Herradura de Guayacán, Coquimbo-Chile. Se disectó la gónada y la porción masculina se cortó en trozos para liberar los espermatozoides en AMFE. Estos, fueron incubados en una solución crioprotectora compuesta por ME2SO al 10%, 125 mM de sacarosa y 10% de vitelo del huevo de gallina. Se congeló los espermatozoides a una tasa de 8,8 ºC/min. El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la influencia del compost de residuos sólidos orgánicos domiciliarios en el rendimiento del Zea mays “maíz” mediante el diseño de bloques completamente al azar (DBCA) con tres tratamientos y tres repeticiones, con una incorporación de 225, 300 y 375 g. de compost por planta y un testigo (T0), además, se realizó un análisis del fertilizante (compost) obteniendo como resultado, materia orgánica 21,93%, pH 7,47 y N-P-K de 1,70% – 0,15% - 1,11% respectivamente, el procesamiento de datos de las variables se determinó mediante el análisis de varianza y comparaciones múltiples de Tukey al 95% de confiabilidad, deduciendo que existe diferencia significativa entre los tratamientos, y que los óptimos son el T1, T2 y T3, lo cual significa que el compost influye significativamente en estas variables, e...
