The effects of the implementation of a program based on the 5S methodology for the minimization of risks and accidents at work in an Electrical Services company (Lima - Peru) were evaluated. The study is of an applied type and of a pre-experimental design, the analysis unit covered 19 operational and administrative units of the company in question during the years 2022 and 2023. The data collection was carried out by the observation method, using checklists, records of inspections and accidents that were validated by the criteria of judges. The comparative analysis was carried out after verifying the normality of the data, determining the use of the Student's t test. Electrical power consumption in Peru increased on average by 5.1% between 2002 and 2011, while demand increased from 2 700 MW to 4 800 MW as a consequence of the increase in GDP. On the other side, photovoltaic (PV) technologies have been used in Peru for power generation in a few thousand small solar home systems (SHS) in the last 25 years, through various rural home electrification programs. This has permitted to accumulate a large amount of experience, which would open the possibility to consider the installation of larger PV systems with connection to the grid. Likewise, in the last five years, power generating plants have been installed to inject power directly in the National Power Grid (SEIN, from its Spanish acronym) without any substantial intervention of the national engineering community. We present a scheme of eHealth based on teleconsults aimed to reduce unexpected events and complications in type-2 diabetes mellitus (DM-II). To this end, this study has considered the history of glucose tests taken as input inside a predictive mathematical scheme based on probabilities. The resulting output goes to a real-time monitoring system in order to detect and update those cases where patients would require of rapid assistance. The simulations have shown that the opportune intervention of teleconsults might be effective in the sense of monitoring diet and drug-based treatment by employing simple mobile phones and minimal software applications. The objective was to evaluate the educational intervention to improve the level of adherence to ferrous sulfate in pregnant adolescents between 12 and 17 years of age attended at the I-4 Bellavista Nanay Health Services Provider Institution, Iquitos 2023. The type of study was analytical, longitudinal, prospective; the study design was quasi-experimental, pretest and posttest with a single group; the sample consisted of 20 adolescent pregnant women aged 12 to 17 years with anemia. An educational intervention program and a questionnaire of adherence to treatment of anemia with ferrous sulfate were used, with a validity of 0.839 and a reliability of 0.71. The results determined that the level of adherence to ferrous sulfate before the educational intervention was minimal in 30.0% and 70% was regular.
