Education is one of the largest markets promoting implementation of Bring Your Own Device BYOD. The BYOD model was originated in colleges and universities, being stimulated by technologically advanced students, who demanded it, and administrators of educational entities, who agreed that allowance to get access to the network using personal devices was a competitive advantage. Nowadays this concept attracts great attention. People depend on their personal devices and want to have the opportunity to use them anywhere in order to make their life simpler and more efficient. While BYOD implementation increases, teachers determine new methods of integration of mobile devices into learning. The use of personal mobile devices of students for learning seems to be attractive for universities, since these devices would help to reduce expenses and to support teaching and learning. 86 teachers from Lima Metropolitana trained by PLANCAD were assessed with the Self Perception Profile for Adult~ (Messer y Harter, 1986) and with a Learned Helplessness Scale (Macassi, 1988). Correlations between the different domains from Self Concept (SC), Learned Helplessness (LH) and sorne social-demographic variables were analyzed. The result~ showed that the LH exhibits significan! and inverse correlations with sorne domains of SC such a~: lntelligence, Job Competence (JC). Sociability, Adequate Provider (AP), Physical Appearance (PA), lntimate Relationships (IR), Academic Achievement (AA) and the Job Satisfaction Degree. They also showed significan! correlations between the variable age and two domains of SC: Sociability and IR; between Career Satisfaction and the SC domains of Sociability, AP, JC and IR; also between Job Satisfaction and the SC domains of lntelligence, Household...

Teacher training for the effective implementation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in education has become a key aspect of educational research. In this regard, the lack of appropriate models to support teachers in their professional development is evident. An investigation has been conducted on the most effective ways in which elementary school teachers acquire their digital competencies based on the contributions of 23 experts. Using Delphi methodology with two iterations, expert knowledge about the problem was probed to learn how it is developed and refined. Adopting the theoretical lens of Learning Ecologies, the results provide a contrast on which components support effective professional learning with respect to ICT integration, laying the groundwork for new methods and approaches to professional development.

This research was conducted during remote clases due to the pandemic generated by Covid-19, whose objective was to determine the level of influence that Didactic Engineering has on the Meaningful Learning of the Definite Integral in the students of the VII semester of the Faculty of Education of the Universidad Nacional del Centro del Perú, in 2021-I. The research has a quantitative approach, experimental, applicative level and quasi experimental design on a census sample of 26 students, from wich the control and experimental groups were formed randomly and prioritizig the equivalence of average, each with 13 students. Didactic Engineering was applied in the experimental group, through preliminary analysis and a priori analysis, so that the results were processed by Student’s t-test and p-value was p=0.000<0.05, so that the null hypothesis was rejected; while in the control group t...

Games are a natural and spontaneous function that is essential for the normal development of the child. Because of their affective and creative value, they can be used in the rehabilitation of some specific learning difficulties. Not in vain, and in spite of the numerous changes that the society has been suffering, games have prevailed as they respond to the basic needs of the human being. It is practice itself that shows us that, both in the clinical and teaching aspects, enjoyment or the lack of it play a key role in learning. Child motivation to learn is, undoubtedly, fundamental. Because, in order to learn, the presence of desire is necessary

Learning strategies are a set of cognitive actions that are taken consciously, if we relate information in a meaningful way, knowledge will be easily remembered. For this to happen, first information will be processed and then action is taken. Beginning from the subject to the problem. Likewise, these learning strategies are intentional processes that a student uses to acquire, relate, process, retain, retrieve and regulate the information, in order for learning to be effective. That is, students use a learning strategy when they are able to adjust their behavior (what they think and do) to the demands of an activity or task given by the teacher and to the circumstances and vicissitudes in which this task occurs. When students employ a strategy they are, at all times, aware of their purposes but whenever they move away from them, they a...

It is argued that the standard procedures to solve problems in physics particularly in the field of electrodynamics have in a tacit manner the actions of Machine Learning, such as the criteria of Tom Mitchell, (i) task, (ii) performance, and (iii) experience. In this way, it is presented the case of electric interaction of two charged objects inside a finite cylindric. It is found that Machine Learning concepts is matching well to the requirements to limit the usage of space and energy. Beyond of using such principles as a methodology to solve problems, the concepts of Machine Learning can be projected in the theory of physics to improve and calibrate the mathematical structure of physics equations without touching their fundamental roles.
