The article examines the relationship between cognitive activity and creation of feedback in learning. The study was conducted on 120 students of Baku State University. Experimental and control groups were selected in the research and carried out in two stages. During the research, modern teaching methods and other techniques were used to increase cognitive activity. A comparative analysis of the first and second stages showed that the relationship between increased cognitive activity and the feedback mechanism is bilateral. That is, the creation of feedback increases cognitive activity, increasing cognitive activity inevitably creates a feedback mechanism. El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar las propiedades psicométricas (evidencias de validez y confiabilidad) de la ENCAO en trabajadores de una empresa privada del sector de hidrocarburos en Lima Metropolitana. Para esto, se evaluó a una muestra de 384 participantes, 64 % mujeres y 36 % hombres, con edades entre los 19 y los 56 años (M = 29.57 años, DE = 7.33). This study proposed the design of three brief scales coherent with and contributing to the pedagogical perspective of schoolteachers, aiming to enhance self-regulated learning and psychological well-being of students. With the participation of teachers and other professionals who provided feedback throughout the process, scales for school motivation (ME), frustration tolerance (TF), and school satisfaction (SE) were designed and validated among 1260 students from 7th to 12th grade (57.7% female, mean age M=14.9 years, SD=1.9) belonging to three educational institutions in northern Chile. The present study was carried out with the objective of determining the relationship between parenting styles and socio-demographic conditions in parents of children in the second grade of primary school, from three public educational institutions in the city of Caballococha, 2024. It was a basic, descriptive correlational, non experimental and cross-sectional design, with a sample of 173 parents. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between parenting styles and socio demographic conditions (p = 0.000). The purpose of the research was to identify the predominant dimension of organizational learning that influences the labor well-being of secondary education teachers -Lima (Peru). The research presented the quantitative approach, basic-substantive type, non-experimental design of cross-sectional, correlational-causal. The sample consisted of 200 teachers chosen by simple random probability sampling, to whom the organizational learning and work well-being surveys validated by Cronbach's Alpha (0.945 and 0.858, respectively) were applied. The results were obtained by means of the Nagelkerke R squared model, generating the value of 0.727 that verified that the estimated model was adequate.
