This research seeks to know how, from a case of a public institute in the San Martín region, Peru, it contributes to its region based on its links with the productive structure and with its students. For this, interviews were carried out with key actors in the educational environment of the institute, such as students and management personnel. Likewise, a documentary analysis of the main national and regional plans, policies and evaluations was carried out. This allowed us to know the perceptions and subjectivities of these linked actors, all based on their own experience, such as family and educational background.

The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between managerial competencies and change management of Institutes of Higher Technological Public Education, La Libertad Region, 2020. Methodology, basic type research, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, hypothetical-deductive method, a stratified probability sample of 112 participants. The survey technique with high reliability was used through Cronbach's Alpha of 0.988, for change management of 0.995. Results, it was determined that Kendall's Tau-b test = 0.561 and Spearman's Rho coefficient = 0.754 (high positive relationship), with a significance level of less than 1%. The objective of this research was to analyze the effect of education on monetary poverty in the regions of Peru. As a source of information, the SIRTOD database of the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics was used for the period 2007 to 2016. The study is based on the framework of human capital theory and consumer microeconomic theory. Therefore, the study is considered as hypothetico-deductive. Education was approached through the percentage of the economically active population by educational levels; primary, secondary, non-university education and university education, and poverty by the percentage of the population that have less expenditure than the monetary poverty line. Se tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el uso de la plataforma Zoom y la formación de facilitadores en planes de negocios en el Instituto de Investigación y Desarrollo Andino PARWA, región Ayacucho, 2020. Para ello, se empleó una metodología de tipo básica con un enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental. La población y muestra estuvieron conformadas por 26 alumnos del Diplomado en Especialización en Planes de Negocio para la Innovación en Acuicultura. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence the management in the process of comprehensive training in the Public Technology Institute Simon Bolívar. The research is descriptive correlational study with a quantitative approach and a non-experimental design. The research variables are factors of management and comprehensive training process. This article is based on a two-year ethnographic research that analyzes the process of professionalization and community work experiences of students and graduates of the Instituto Intercultural Ñöñho (IIÑ), a small indigenous university located in the ñöñho (otomí) region of the southern Mexican state of Querétaro. Among the main findings it presents that these actors collectively build and display a set of intercultural strategies (Bertely, 1997) to intervene in three issues: (i) the local socio-economic marginalization conditions, (ii) the cultural and language shift, (iii) and the violence within the socialization spaces of the youths.; all these through the sociocultural application of their academic knowledge.
