Sumario:The research: educational management and perception of the quality of the educational service of the I.E. Nª 5080 ”Sister Ana de los Ángeles” Callao Region-2020 ”, originates with the purpose of determining the relationship that exists between the variables presented. "Management theory can be considered an organized body of principles and regularities that exist in the functioning of organizations, which is applied to guide and prescribe how they have to function and how they have to be managed in order to achieve better efficiency and efficiency. The importance of educational quality in educational services is currently impossible to deny ”Losada (2007). It is our intention to present preliminary information on the vicissitudes of the construction of the problematic panorama, the objectives, the methodology, the sample, the data collection instruments, some previous research antecedents, as well as the determination of its validity and reliability through of Cronbach's Alpha in which a very high reliability is obtained. We will use descriptive and inferential statistics through the Hypothesis Test, once the information is collected. The research has a framework with a quantitative approach and is basic, the level: descriptive correlational; non-experimental cross-sectional research design. For data collection, the questionnaire was used as an instrument. The sample consisted of 04 managers, 58 teaching staff, 45 elementary school students, 205 high school students, 13 administrative staff, 180 parents; the instrument went through a process of validity and reliability before being applied.
