Between 1980 and 1990 the evolution of the international trade was marked by the tension between two seemingly contradictory trends: of a side the increasing globalization of the trade and of other one a variety of governments constructing blocks: EU, NAPH-THA, MERCOSUR, UNASUR, Alliance of the Pacífico, ALBA. Here there is present the notion of a global regionalized economy. In case of Peru, with his classic pendularidad, it has turned to a scheme of liberal condition, similar to the 50s. Objetivo: Determinar la importancia de la aplicación del test de valoración global subjetiva por el profesional de enfermería en la detección del riesgo nutricional del paciente oncológico. Metodología: Se trata de una Revisión Sistemática de 12 artículos en base de datos LILACS, SCIELO, MEDLINE, PUBMED, cuya búsqueda se ha restringido a artículos con texto completo, y los artículos seleccionados se sometieron a una lectura crítica, utilizando la evaluación de Jover para identificar su grado de evidencia. Resultados: Del total de 12 artículos internacionales pues no se encontró ningún artículo nacional revisado sistemáticamente el 100% (n=12/12) destacan la eficacia del test de Valoración Global Subjetiva (VGS) como una herramienta válida para el diagnóstico nutricional de los pacientes. Finalmente, se analizan las prinicipales dificultades acerca del establecimiento de principios sobre los que leventar el edifico del Derecho Administrativo Global y los avances que, sobre la materia, se han desarrollado en la Unión Europea.
