The article exposes the results of a critical analysis of the implementation process of the program Escuela Nueva in Colombia. It proposes a review at the policy borrowing process from an international perspective, as well as a description of the dynamics of implementation within the Colombian context. For such aim, an exhaustive analysis was performed by implementing a qualitative documentary review, using a typological sample selection of sources. The conclusions suggest the need to consider attendance and transition indicators as key elements for decision making regarding the continuity, diversification and improvement of the program, as well as the urgency of unifying the national goals in pursuit of a coordinated implementation of rural programs.

Determining the processes capabilities in companies that develop software is an issue that has gained interest because through them they can be classifi ed at a certain level of capability or maturity, depending on the model used. In addition, some companies have a set of established practices and working methods, in the case of Peru is often based on Rational Unifi ed Process (RUP). This paper presents the theoretical evaluation of the processes capabilities in the operation category of software processes model Moprosoft under the assumption that an organization has properly implemented a set of minimal elements of RUP.

This teaching experience seeks to propose an organizational knowledge management model for the training program developed by the Agrometeorology Department of the National Institute for Agricultural Research (INAI, in Spanish) of the State of Anzoátegui, Venezuela. The problem solution protocol deriving from the application of learning cycles, TADIR (Translation, Analysis, Design, Implementation and Revision), was used. An array of different ways to promote activities, tasks, results, and products generated by the project was established before, during and after the execution in an easy and complete manner. With the many human losses brought about by the health emergency caused by the COVID-19 and state abandonment, a group of young Shipibo from Yarinacocha - Pucallpa formed a voluntary group called Comando Matico, to face this emergency based on ancestral Shipibo medicine. Starting with a literature review, the description of concepts and approaches raised by different authors will be exposed, concepts which in turn will allow the reader to gain some understanding of this complex theme that implies many organizational challenges from a systemic point of view. The first issue to be addressed is the analysis of two main approaches that are sought in management: systemic thinking and generation of value. Then, the concept of strategic process will be defined so as to later address change management, types of change, its elements and some models proposed by other authors. Finally, a methodological framework or change management, model will be presented as a guide or general parameter prone to being implemented, it being sufficiently inclusive but at the same time flexible, so that it can be adapted to the particular complexity of any organization.
