This paper studies the interaction between production subsidies and innovation subsidies. We develop a model which allows us to calculate the socially optimal subsidies (and how they vary with changes in the economic environment), and to understand how firms react to each type of subsidy. In a three-stage game, the government chooses production and innovation subsidies in the first stage to maximize welfare in the presence of a shadow cost of public funds; two firms invest in cost-reducing R&D in the second stage; and the two firms compete in quantities in the last stage. We find that production subsidies crowd out innovation. On the other hand, providing a production subsidy reduces the cost of the innovation subsidy, and vice versa. The research proposes a three-dimensional psychosocial and cultural model to develop creativity in primary educa-tion. The benefits of boosting creativity in children between six and twelve years old were the starting point. On the other hand it aims to re-address the training process that teachers carry out in different areas. It interacted from the empirical-analytical paradigm with the intention to demonstrate the problem diagnosed in children from the multiple intelligences approach, and to justify the proposal to teachers. La presente investigación analiza los procesos de información (selección, verificación y valoración) y los patrones de interacción de la Generación Y al consumir contenidos noticiosos en Facebook en Lima Metropolitana y el Callao. Mediante un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo y un diseño no experimental transeccional, se aplicó una encuesta en línea a una muestra de 384 personas con edades entre 29 y 44 años. Los hallazgos revelan un consumo de noticias diario y predominantemente pasivo (“las noticias me encuentran”), con una marcada preferencia por formatos visuales y breves (“snackables”). It is postulated that the popular stories about saints in the area of Tarata (Tacna) are a continuation of the Andean stories as a result of active listening of the official hagiography (exposed by the evangelizers during the conquest and colony) by the Indians. Although, the stories about saints are far from the official hagiography, the mention of elements that show the saint as a paradigm and how this went through a process of transformation and blend with the environment, in which it was settled or “decided to stay” is evident. The Saints are constituted in characters that enable and support the process of identification with the new culture; when we attribute job and geographical knowledge of the area through interaction with local authorities. Syncretism and oral constant renewal that does not erase the Andean aesthetics and performance is built.
