This article presents the implementation of ISO/IEC 29110 in a four-person IT startup company in Peru. After completing the implementation of the ISO/IEC 29110 project management and software implementation processes using an agile approach, the next step was to execute these processes in a project with an actual customer: software that facilitates communication between clients and legal consultants at the second-largest insurance companies in Peru. Managing the project and developing the software took about 900 hours. Using ISO/ IEC 29110 software engineering practices enabled the startup to plan and execute the project while expending only 18 percent of the total project effort on rework (i.e., wasted effort). Los sistemas de certificación en gestión de proyectos se comparan IPMA, PMI, P2M y PRINCE2 a través de quince indicadores. Estos sistemas tienen procesos de certificación ya establecidos, sus propias normas y directrices, y el reconocimiento internacional. La aplicación de los indicadores que nos ha permitido comprender las similitudes y diferencias entre los cuatro sistemas de certificación en gestión de proyectos, tales como la gestión de proyectos que se divide en sus directrices y normas por: 1) Competencias, 2) Procesos y 3) Segmentos del proyecto. Por lo tanto, IPMA ha dividido la gestión de proyectos por competencias, PMI y PRINCE2 en los procesos y P2M en segmentos del proyecto.

La titulización de activos se ha convertido, qué duda cabe, en un importante instrumento de financiamiento en los últimos tiempos para todo tipo y tamaño de empresas, amoldándose a distintas estructuras, necesidades y circunstancias. Sin embargo, es usual que se trate de emisiones de bonos o instrumentos de deuda, siendo el uso de certificados de participación más bien residual. The strengthening of civil registration and vital statistics (RCEV) systems is essential to assess the impact of health interventions and the effects of health emergencies. Peru faced the COVID-19 pandemic, in the process of strengthening the RCEV system, in which the implementation of SINADEF stood out, which allowed it to improve the quality and coverage of information on mortality. A compilation of information from various public information sources was carried out to calculate the coverage of mortality in Peru for the period 2012 to 2019. The objective of this paper is to extend the application range of ISO 9001:2008 in Education Institutions related to the quality accreditation processes. To this purpose, performance implications using this regulation are presented. This is the reason why we describe this experience that is due to a work done to implement the QMS ISO 9001:2008 with an emphasis on production, in a small company of industrial garment, being this, the first in the country to certify in that field. The article points out the requirements and the proper procedure to be followed by a small industrial clothing company to achieve a successful implementation in their organizations and obtain the certification.

Objective: to describe availability of pediatric cardiovascular surgeons and to identify factors influencing accreditation for this specialty in Peru. Materials and methods: this is a cross-sectional and descriptive study. A discriminating exponential snowball sampling procedure was performed in pediatric cardiovascular surgeons working in the Peruvian National Cardiovascular Institute.
