This work, in synthesis, is about the exercise of good corporate management practice. The systematic nature of administration, alignment, strategy and skills in the metal mining sector in peru, influence of the Resource and Capacity development theory. We also deal with the value chain, competitive advantages, strategies and skills in the metal mining activity and mining strata. From the development of these points, we set up as conclusions that all formal, legal or illegal strata coexist somehow because the legal ones can export all production. On the other hand, it is required a strategy, promotion, planning and specialized professional leadership in this industry. Purpose: This study aims to provide preliminary information to the investor by determining which indices co-movement, with the data mining method. Design/methodology/approach: In this context, data sets containing daily opening and closing prices between 2001 and 2019 have been created for 11 stock market indexes in the world. The association rule algorithm, one of the data mining techniques, is used in the analysis of the data. Findings: It is observed that the US stock market indices take part in the highest confidence levels between association rules. The XU100 stock index co-movement with both the European stock market indices and the US stock indices. In addition, the Hang Seng Index (HSI) (Hong Kong) takes part in the association rules of all stock market indices. Distributed data mining is contemplated in the field of research and involves the application of the process of extracting knowledge about large volumes of information stored in distributed databases. Modern organizations require tools that perform tasks of prediction, forecasting, classification and others, online, on their databases that are located in different nodes interconnected through the Internet, in a way that allows them to improve the quality of their services. The growing activity generated in digital communication platforms is raising new forms of relationship between organizations and their publics of interest. This has triggered, in turn, the production of a large amount of information, an explosion of data known as Big Data. In this new context, there is a need to study how the management of this huge amount of information faced in public relations, which is constantly generated at high speed and which requires even real-time management. In this work, we present a bibliographic review of the current state of research on the management of Big Data in Public Relations. The results showed a total 41 works. A content analysis of these works found that the activities of internal communications, media relations, crisis communications and issues management are the most related to massive data management.

Remote sensing is the technology that has enabled us to obtain information about the Earth's surface without directly contacting it. For this reason, currently, the Bolivian state has considered a list of interesting applications of remote sensing in the country, including the following: biodiversity and environment monitoring, mining and geology, epidemiology, agriculture, water resources and land use planning. Context: Gold mining is the most destructive activity in the natural forests of the Madre de Dios region in the southeastern Peruvian Amazon. Understanding the natural regeneration process of these degraded areas is necessary to develop forest restoration projects in such conditions. Aims: We aimed to evaluate forest recovery and identify the successional and structure patterns of vegetation governing natural regeneration over time. Methods: Structure, composition, richness, diversity, and successional status were evaluated in abandoned artisanal gold mine areas in Madre de Dios, southeastern Peru. Vegetation data were recorded in 61 plots of 250 m2 established in five sites varying from 1 to 19 years of abandonment. The purpose of this paper is to think about the dynamics betweensocial labour relationships and the religious believes in Peruvianmining on the basis of anthropological analysis of data collectedamong Julcani miners (Huancavelica) and Canta artisanal miners(Sierra of Lima) . Julcani miners are observed in two differentsocioeconomic contexts, one of modernization and technologicaldevelopment, and another of mine closure. Canta artisanal minersare also observed in two different periods, one before and the otherafter the installation in the zone of a mineral trade company. La presente tesis tiene como objetivo determinar el valor fundamental de Southern Perú Copper Corporation (SPCC), así como el valor actual de sus acciones cotizadas en la bolsa de valores local, en base a la producción de sus complejos mineros Toquepala y Cuajone, más la inclusión en escenarios de sus nuevos proyectos mineros Michiquillay, Los Chancas y Tía María. Además, para su valoración se analizaron los datos financieros auditados de SPCC reportados entre el 2018 al 2022, y se identificaron los principales inputs de valor, como el precio, demanda, costo de venta, y demás. This study aims to analyze the representation of minorities in video games and the gamer community. The chosen method of analysis was netnography. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews and participant observation. Fieldwork began in November 2021, and the observation was concluded in February 2022. It was found that the representation of minorities in video games is still limited, with instances of hypersexualization of female bodies and a lack of LGBTQIA+ visibility. This absence is reflected in the gaming environment, perpetuating certain players’ behaviors when interacting with marginalized communities.
