This work is a synthesis of the origins of these audiovisual regulatory authorities, analysing their regulatory functions and responsibilities regarding control of content. It also reflects on the actions taken by Audiovisual Control Boards as a result of their analysis of content and the problems arising from these analyses, along with their instruments of control: sanctions, recommendations, instructions…to conclude that free and independent societies need these boards to exist as a means of channelling their demands against the abuses of the media, and as elements that protect the most vulnerable sectors of those societies.

The purpose of this instrumental study was to show how to conduct an RStudio process to obtain a content validity visual representation through the alluvial function of the ggplot2 package to Condom Use Self-Efficacy Scale (This paper explains the stages to analyze content validity using a visual representation of an interrater agreement and item – factor belonging and focused mainly on qualitative aspects to evaluate the judge’s behavior and items’ weight. Furthermore, the paper discusses classical criteria to obtain content validity and its representation. This study describes the axiological model of the technological package as a pre-patentable foundation of innovation, designed to articulate the value dimensions underpinning validation, transfer, and potential impact on preventive health. A descriptive, non-experimental study with a qualitative–analytical approach was conducted through structured documentary review and hermeneutic content analysis. The results present a systemic model that integrates ethical, technical, and social principles, structuring the innovation process from need identification to product commercialization and maintenance. The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing radio production, offering significant advantages over traditional methods. AI, much like digitalization did, challenges existing production structures and routines, forcing the industry to adapt to technological and market changes. This work identifies three types of AI: analytic, which detect patterns and foresee future situations; assistive, which execute mechanical tasks in an automated manner; and generative, which simulate creative processes and produce content. This study aims to design and validate a nutritional recipe for a snack made of Green Banana (Musa paradisiaca) Peel Flour (GBPF) and to assess the nutritional composition and microbiological quality of the flour. Banana peel, a food industry by-product, is a nutritious, low-cost material available for all year. Banana peel flower could be used as a functional ingredient due to its high fiber content and good functional properties. El envejecimiento es un proceso natural que involucra todos los sistemas del cuerpo humano, limitando el desarrollo eficaz de las actividades de la vida diaria y una de ellas es la marcha, que nos permite desplazarnos de un lugar a otro. Según van pasando los años los factores predisponentes a conllevar a una alteración en el adulto mayor aumentan así como la población afectada, es por ello que opte enfocarme netamente en el análisis cualitativo y cuantitativo de la marcha humana. Los adultos mayores disminuyen su capacidad locomotora, iniciando de esta forma un progresivo deterioro del estado funcional físico, psíquico y social.

El presente estudio aborda la problemática de la protección de los derechos de los herederos preteridos en procesos no contenciosos ante un notario en el Perú. Identificar los factores sociales, sexuales y recreativos que se asocian al uso de citrato de sildenafilo en estudiantes de medicina humana, estomatología y psicología de la “Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego” durante el año 2023. Materiales y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio de diseño observacional, analítico de tipo transversal en los estudiantes de la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego a través de un instrumento de recolección de datos validado y aplicado. The most frequent colors in this prose work are black and red; the main reason for this frequency is the epic content and the occurrence of successive wars. A common function seen in all colors is the descriptive aspect. In addition, the description of the biological and psychological conditions of the characters, the induction of inner emotions and objectification of abstract concepts has been done with the help of colors. Determinar si la hiperuricemia está asociado a la disminución de la función renal en la enfermedad renal crónica grado 3 en pacientes atendidos en el hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray. Material y Métodos: Se llevó a cabo un estudio de tipo analítico, observacional, retrospectivo, de casos y controles. La muestra estuvo constituida por 60 pacientes con enfermedad renal crónica estadio 3 atendidas en el servicio de nefrología del Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray de los cuales 20 fueron casos y 40 controles, también se efectuó un análisis mediante prueba Chi cuadrado para variables cualitativas, la selección de la muestra fue aleatoria. OBJETIVO: Determinar que la diabetes mellitus tipo 2 es un factor asociado a disminución de la función pulmonar en los pacientes diabéticos atendidos en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo durante el periodo abril – noviembre del año 2019.
