This paper deals with the automation of psychological assessments to help to select the right candidate for the organization during the recruitment process on a human resources consulting firm. The solution was developed with Kanban Method and cloud computing, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), where it was integrated and launched with other services to improve security and operativity. Experiments were divided into functionalities: (1) an interface for mobile phones and (2) notifying recruiter by SMS and Email when candidate finalize the tests. The results show improved recruiter response time to analyze test results and prepare psychological reports in two and a half months. The recruiter's performance increased by up to 5% in person-hours.

At present, the so-called “Internet of Things” has turned indispensable the applications deployed on the Internet; the computers that act as clients are not exclusively PC’s or laptops, but also smart phones, tablets, and in general many different types of devices that run applications. This characterization of indispensable is basically associated with non-functional requirements (NFR), such as availability, scalability, and fault tolerance. This article explores from a technical point of view, a new programming paradigm that lets you build the so called reactive web applications which inherently have the event-handling characteristics, scalability, resilience and sensitivity in contrast to traditional web applications.

Throughout history, the ability to walk has been fundamental in human evolution, enabling exploration and adaptation to various environments. However, certain gait disorders resulting from injuries such as falls, cerebral palsy, strokes, or muscle injuries affect patients' ability to bear body weight and maintain balance while walking or standing. The research addresses the link between emotional dysregulation, nomophobia, and Instagram addiction in Chilean university students. A quantitative study of correlational scope was conducted with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 218 university students from south-central Chile, who answered the Difficulties in Emotional Regulation Scale (DERS-E), the Nomophobia questionnaire NMP-Q, the Berger Instagram Addiction Scale (BIAS) and reported some parameters of their Instagram account activity. The results account for multiple correlations between nomophobia and Instagram addiction with all dimensions of emotional dysregulation. The accelerated deterioration of roads is conditioned by parameters such as climate change, poor construction, and heavy vehicle traffic. Two relevant measures to monitor the condition of a road are the International Roughness Index (IRI) and the number of functional failures in a segment, mainly potholes, since they are associated with higher risks such as accidents or damage to vehicle mechanics.
