In this paper, systematically describes the technology developed in this laboratory for the analysis of skeletal muscle, taken as an expression of the cellular phase of the organism, which is a great tool for future research on the changes that would occur in the intracellular environment during various pathological processes, or in many other biological problems. In our particular case, and as part of the curriculum of renal failure, we want to establish if it means intracellular biochemical changes, as with the extracellular environment, or whether its composition is more or less independent of renal function.

Los índices de refracción complejos de películas delgadas de perovskitas de haluros mixtos de formamidinio-cesio de plomo (FA0.83Cs0.17Pb(I1 − xBrx)3), con composiciones variando de x = 0 a 0.4, y para topografías planas y de textura rugosa, son reportadas. In a normal pregnancy, the syncytiotrophoblast produces and secretes a variety of elements necessary to achieve this goal, among them placental exosomes. These carry cytoplasmic and membrane-bound proteins and nucleic acids that can reprogram the receptor cells. Depending on their interactions with the immune system, they can be divided into immunostimulants or immunosuppressants. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the genotype on the deposition curve of the chemical components and fatty acid profile of carcass of guinea pigs of Peru and Cieneguilla genotypes. Forty-eight male guinea pigs (24 per genotype), randomly distributed in pens with three animals each per genotype were used. Management and feeding protocols, up to 32 wk of age, were similar for both genotypes. The deposition curve of the chemical components was determined using the Gompertz equation. Data of the fatty acid profile were submitted to analysis of varianza under a Randomized Complete Block Design using the SAS Studio Environment software, with a significance level of α = 0.05. The constant challenge of increasing quality in the manufacture of green building components and the lack of standards for the prediction of tensile strength is becoming a relevant challenge. For this reason, this research is focused on the development of a logarithmic function that relates the compressive and tensile strength of compressed earth bricks (CEB). To this purpose, the study examines the influence of different cement dosages (7%, 15% and 20%), drying days (7, 14, 21 and 28 days) and establishes critical correlations between tensile and compressive strengths. Key results indicate a proportional relationship between strength and cement dosage, with an optimal balance identified for maximum performance. The purpose of the research was to determinate proximal composition and functional properties of the giant squid freeze-dried surimi (Dosidicus gigas). Surimi elaborated from giant squid and it lyophilized until obtaining surimi powder to evaluate its characteristics and functional properties. The protein content was 58.7% and carbohydrate 30.5%. Protein solubility in water and salt (3%) were 21.1% and 40.6% respectively, these values being higher than surimi powder of commercial species. The gelling capacity was 2.4% and the emulsifying capacity was 79.9% at a concentration of 1.0%. The color on the Hunter scale was L*: 91.5; a*: 0.5; b*: 7.0. Giant squid powder surimi considered as a functional protein powder due to its percentage protein content, and had good technological characteristics and great potential in the food industry.

The objective of this workshop is the creation of problems about algebra and the composition of functions, for which will be created using GeoGebra software. The aim is to motivate the ability to critically evaluate the quality of a mathematicalactivity around the solution of a problem and to have the ability to modify it in order to achieve enriching mathematical activities. To achieve this purpose, the strategy of problem creation by variation will be applied, which consists of presenting the participants with a problem, in the framework of a very concrete episode, in a teacher's class, this episode briefly describes some of the reactions of his students when solving the problem. After a sequence of activities, the participants will create and solve problems, and finally, they will socialize synchronously about their experience in the workshop.

The aguajales represent one of the ecosystems with the highest environmental and socioeconomic value in the Loreto region, where the predominant species is Mauritia flexuosa L.f. "aguaje". The growing demand for aguaje fruits in Amazonian cities has been generating an impact on the aguajales because of the destructive methods to harvest the fruit. The objective of the research was to determine the impact of the cutting of female palms in the floristic composition, diversity and functional traits of natural regeneration in aguajales.
