In order to understand and predict students' achievement and persistence at learning activities, many contemporary motivational models consider how much students are motivated for their school work. However, students' achievement and persistence might not only be affected by their amount of study motivation, but also by the motivation to engage in competing alternative activities, as suggested three decades ago by Atkinson and Birch in their "Dynamics of Action " (1970). Objective: To determine the relationship between competency-based management and job performance of the administrative staff at EPS Seda Huánuco S. A., as of 2023. Materials and Methods: This research is of an applied type, with a correlational level, using a non-experimental correlational design. The population and sample comprised the 57 employees of Seda Huánuco, to whom a survey technique was applied, using a questionnaire as the instrument. The current dynamics of organizations has evidenced the need for professionals who are trained to work in complex environments, cooperate in multidisciplinary teams, accept assignments beyond their competencies and operational duties, and project strategies that help them reach their objectives. The aim of this article is to review the way in which management has moved from deeply focusing on tasks, organization, work teams, environment and technology to emphasizing competitiveness. Similarly, it has moved from focusing on operations-level work relationships, the formal and informal organization, management functions and styles, open systems, and environmental and technological analysis to organizational learning and intellectual capital. This evidences the need to continue managing and developing management competencies tor complex and volatile business environments.

The purpose was to determine the leve of compliance in the proteccion of seabirds, and for that reason a documentary analysis of the Regulations of Organization and Functions was created, competencies were shared and exclusive, further disclosing international with a focus on competencies in order to indentify that it is established with national entities with exclusive powers and shared with MINAM, SERFOR, SERNANP, PRODUCE, IMARPE, AGRORURAL, therefore concludes that, if the competencies are determined, despite of this however, the National Plan for Seabird Conservation has not been approved, which is why the level of seabird protection is insufficient despite the implementation of management plans.

Statistical competence is defined as the leader’s feature of character, which characterizes his willingness and ability to organize, to process and interpret information, needed to implement management processes. This study aims to design a virtual learning platform for the Francisco Pizarro Educational Unit, based on a Moodle pedagogical model that offers a variety of flexible tools and functions that make it easier for students to build their own knowledge, the methodology is a research with a focus quantitative based on empiricism, experience, observation and analysis of facts, the research design is quasi-experimental, the survey and questions were used for the pair of variables, 74 students participated. The study presented analyzes the behavior of communication research about epidemics and pandemics through the scientific production registered in the Scopus database. El propósito del presente estudio fue desarrollar competencias de comprensión lectora de poemas en alumnos de sexto grado de primaria de una escuela rural pública del Estado de Morelos, México, que presentaban bajos niveles en indicadores de logro, al concluir el quinto bloque curricular del programa de sexto grado de primaria, denominado Leer y escribir poemas para compartir.
