Objective: To determine the relationship between competency-based management and job performance of the administrative staff at EPS Seda Huánuco S. A., as of 2023. Materials and Methods: This research is of an applied type, with a correlational level, using a non-experimental correlational design. The population and sample comprised the 57 employees of Seda Huánuco, to whom a survey technique was applied, using a questionnaire as the instrument. To determine the results and test the formulated hypotheses, descriptive statistics were applied for frequency tables and graphs, as well as inferential statistics, where the correlation index was interpreted. The aim of this study was to determine the knowledge of the population of Lima about the professional functions of the veterinarian (VM) A study was developed based on virtual surveys aimed at residents of Metropolitan Lima, in which recognized functions of veterinary doctors were shown. The respondents had to give their opinion if the functions corresponded exclusively to the VM, shared with other professions or if they were attributed to other professions. In total, 671 valid surveys were obtained. The main objective of this research is to determine the basis of the key competencies necessary to achieve the digital transformation of public and private organizations in Peru. With this objective in mind, the conceptual framework involves the definition of a digital transformation in organizations and their impact on those organizations. Research in Europe and North America show that developmental assets are associated with school success, psychological well-being, and lower health risks among youth and young adults. The aim of the article to demonstrate the necessity of a critical view on the construct of «competence» because of semantic and epistemic gaps. The analysis of the historical evolution of «competence» clarifies its origin and meanings. The epistemological analysis identifies the principle of efficiency as the basis of competence and also of programming and organization of educational process, based on this approach. One of the resources speakers of Spanish and other languages usually employ in the communication process, especially in the oral aspect, is that of phraseologicaJ units (PU). Among these units, some like metaphors, idioms or paremias (sayings, proverbs, idioms, quotations, maxims, adages, aphorisms, slogans) are frequently used in situations of real or natural (colloquial) conversation, no matter what the topic of communication is. These units studied by lexicography occur, practically, in all natural languages, as shown by our bibliographic research, as well as by our collection of synchronic oral data. The Spanish language used in Peru also presents these units, which have fixed, complex structures, and some, such as idioms, topic of the present article, have a lexical value, and, as such, perform syntactic functions in their relationship with other simple linguistic units.

The article reviews the problem of digital competences from the digital constructivist learning approach for digital empowerment from formative education of the dimensions: (a) personal, (b) ethical, (c) professional, as opposed to the structuralist definition or functionalist of the connectivist approach, which prioritizes the professional and functional dimension of the competences in the use of information and communication technologies. Digital competences are established as the skills to achieve integration, accessibility, employability and equity of digital communities, valued in the context of the current pandemic and in virtual education, doors of a future of sustainable health and citizenship.

Objetive: To identify factors associated with the perception of managerial competencies in doctors graduated from the undergraduate medical programs in who participated in the SERUMS 2018-1 process.
