This contribution examines the tension between an institution, the market, and a value, justice, in the context of liberal democratic societies. It starts from the critique of the expansion of the market beyond its economic function, which generates negative externalities that affect not only equity but also shared moral bonds and nor-ms. Within this framework, it analyzes Friedrich Hayek’s conception of spontaneous order and formal justice, which denies the possibility of attributing responsibility to, or of qualifying as fair or unfair, market outcomes. In contrast, it revisits Adam Smith’s proposal, for whom justice cannot be separated from the moral judgment of agents, anchored in principles such as sympathy and the impartial spectator. This paper seeks to sketch a possible articulation of the tragic ethos and the baroque ethos. The starting point is Echeverría’s hypothesis concerning the baroque character of Unamuno’s Quijote. I argue that such a baroque ethos —an attitude, a behaviour, and a vital strategy— as defined by the Ecuadorian philosopher, goes beyond Unamuno’s Quijote, and is linked to the tragic ethos of Unamuno’s agonism. I follow Saéz Rueda’s hypothesis that, on the one side, Unamuno’s agonism is closely related to the baroque attitude and, on the other side, that there are at least two unifying bonds between the Baroque and the tragic. OBJETIVO: Describir las dimensiones psicosociales de la construcción organizacional de la comunidad andina, tanto en las Comunidad Campesina Cruz de Mayo (caseríos: Pampacocha, Queral, Miramar y Chinchay) como en la Comunidad Cajabamba Alta. OBJECTIVE: Describe the psycho social dimensions of the organizational construction of the Andean communities Cruz De Mayo, Pamapacocha, Queral, Miramar and Cajabamba. Determine the elements of identity and diversity that create the perception that the people have about their community. MATERIAL AND METHOD: Ninety Seven individuals were interviewed sixteen years of age or older with the translated Creo C questionnaire. A discriminate analysis was used to evaluate the translated forms of the Creo C questionnaire. The Chi Cuadrado De Pearson was used to evaluate the results from the questionnaire after interviewing was complete. RESULTS: Using a scale from one to four, in perception, productivity was the more important element that scaled 3.15 opposed to retribution at 2.14. Estas distribuições geralmente são escolhidos devido à simplicidade analítica e computacional ou por alguma propriedade atrativa do modelo. Communication is a human right. Alternative augmentative communication systems are essential assistive technologies for full access for non-speaking autistic people. In this article we analyze the development of communication in autism and its main differences with neurotypical forms based on joint attention and shared intentionality. Transcending the logocentrism that dominates the "should be" of human communication, we can see in the alternative forms of communication and in the associated devices, systems of interaction as valid as orality. What is important is the functionality of the system in relation to the needs of each individual in the exercise of their right to communication.

This paper analyzes the individual conditions of journalistic production in two independent medias of the media-partisan structure in Cuba. These can be considered among the most internationally recognized Cuban media. In the research, in-depth interviews with 40 journalists. It was found that these conditions are marked, fundamentally, by the confluence in the two media organizations of young graduates of journalism courses in the country with a multiple spatial location, and different referents and professional trajectories. A professional identification with the functions of journalism to inform, monitor power, participate in social debate and show society in its diversity, among others, was also detected. El estudio de la gestión de los residuos en las ciudades de los países en desarrollo permite poner en evidencia diferentes sistemas. Cada uno de ellos tiene su propia lógica, pero se encuentran muy entrelazados. Su «modelización» (es decir, su simplificación), cosa que nos proponemos hacer en este artículo, busca iluminar las principales características de una realidad muy compleja. Podemos observar tres sistemas que responden a lógicas, a la vez geográficas e históricas: la «autogestión», de la «gestión pública» y de la «gestión compartida». On April 2, 1982, the Malvinas War began, in which Argentina confronted the United Kingdom to recover the Malvinas Islands. It occurred within the framework of the last military dictatorship, so that the dictatorship and the war are intertwined in social memory (Guber, 2001; Lorenz, 2009). The objective is to study the discursive representation of the war in personal letters written on the battle front in order to make the voice of the soldiers visible.
