Sumario:The purpose of this study is to design the strategic plan to improve the positioning of the Caja Trujillo in the City of Huamachuco. The constant change in our economy, technological advances, globalization and other market requirements have led to many unexpected competitors especially in our local situation, which has generated a very complex competition that current managers can not overlook and ignore, because on it depends the survival of your organization. Strategic planning provides a framework for managers and employees to determine strategic situations to discuss the alternatives in a common language, and decide on actions that need to be taken in a reasonable period of time, it also allows leaders to unleash the energy of the organization behind a shared belief that the vision can be fulfilled. It also helps to develop, organize and use a better understanding of the environment in which it operates, its own capabilities and limitations. The strategic plan designed to improve the positioning of the Caja Trujillo in the City of Huamachuco, allow business management quality as a product of a systematic and orderly, with the participation of manager, employees, suppliers and customers, as it contains the vision, mission, indicators, targets, strategies and activities to control and ongoing monitoring in accordance with the function and corporate social responsibility.
