Mining company towns are concrete sites where the spatial government of mining companies and its consequences can be studied. In this thesis I did a qualitative case study on the new mining company town Kalumbila based on three months of field work between June and September 2019. Kalumbila is being developed next to a copper mine owned by First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (FQM) in the Northwestern Province of Zambia. It is a particularly interesting case to study, as it is presented as a model town, open to non-miner residents and investors and designed to be sustainable and outlive the mine’s lifespan. The objective of this research is to analyze the sustainability information published on corporate websites and study the factors that determine the level of disclosure of this information in Peruvian listed companies for the year 2018. For this purpose, the study conducted a content analysis of web pages of 151 listed companies to establish a compliance index of sustainability information and examined whether the variables size, profitability, transnational nature and type of business activity were significant in this index. This paper sought to analyze the perception of the role of music in the communication of a brand and chose as a case study the musical composition of the commercial launch of the new Coca-Cola image: “Siente el sabor”. We analyzed the functions of music in the communication of a brand, first in a theorical sense and later in the specific case study. Four roles were identified for the music in a broad sense, but no consensus was reached about the role it plays in Coca-Cola´s case given the conflicting points of view of the experts interviewed. On the other hand, an analysis was made from the perceptions of the target audience of Coca-Cola about the effect that the role of music has on the communication of the brand. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar el marketing digital de la empresa Global Fiber en la ciudad de Iquitos durante el año 2024. La investigación fue de tipo básica, con diseño no experimental, enfoque descriptivo y corte transversal, utilizando una muestra no probabilística de clientes recurrentes. Se aplicó una encuesta con un cuestionario de 16 preguntas cerradas para identificar aspectos relacionados con el marketing digital, la diferenciación del producto, calidad del servicio y satisfacción del cliente. Los datos fueron procesados con Microsoft Excel y se utilizó un análisis descriptivo. Los resultados mostraron una alta fiabilidad en los ítems evaluados, con un Alfa de Cronbach de 0,956.
