The main objective of the research was to determine the relationship of reading comprehension with the learning of the English Language at the basic level of the Language Center - UNHEVAL - 2017; in order to know if the progress of Reading, Writing and Grammar are related to reading comprehension in Basic Level VI students. The study was descriptive, prospective and cross-sectional, with a correlational design; The sample consisted of 22 students from the sixth cycle - basic level of the English language; A test was applied for each of the dimensions studied. In the process of educational inclusion, various ways have been tried to take advantage of the conditions in which basic education is developed, allowing the student with disabilities to learn with quality. Therefore, the purpose is to describe the design of strategies in inclusive education to improve the learning process in regular classrooms in the Peruvian Amazon. This article aimed to carry out a review on the state of the art of formative assessment with a view from its various strategies in regular basic education in students of regular basic education. Objective. To describe the characteristics of work in the academic performance of students from Educational Center of Basic Education (CEBA) María Inmaculada. Methods. Basic type study, descriptive level and mixed techniques, research design: sequential explanatory (DEXPLIS). The sample comprised of 31 students that work from 14 to 18 years old. The statistical methodology used was descriptive and chi square tests were used. Results. It was found that the labor characteristics of the students are mostly very harsh, highlighting working hours greater than 8 hours a day, daytime subsistence jobs. The quality of services in education is fundamental to guarantee effective and satisfactory learning, promoting the integral development of students. The objective of this article was to diagnose the quality of customer service at the Unidad Educativa Particular “Internacional Puerto de Manta”. The research had a mixed approach, integrating systematic, empirical and analytical processes. The SERVQUAL instrument was applied to 233 customers (internal and external) of the institution; the five dimensions were identified: “Tangible Elements, Reliability, Responsiveness, Security, Empathy”; with 22 items.
