The deliverable value of this research is to propose monitoring and evaluation based on results in the registration processes of the SUM-UNMSM, considering the institutional strategic plan 2017-2019 of the UNMSM, approved by Rectoral Resolution No. 001174-R-17 of January 13, 2017, which requires a coherent political leadership and a strong technical will, the opposite is to continue with routine actions that cause dissatisfaction in services to students and parents. The objective is to propose value-based procedures in the monitoring and evaluation based on results in the enrollment processes of the SUM.

The squid (Dosidicus gigas) is a cephalopod mollusk, a source of high quality proteins that is currently underexploited. The objective was to develop the methodology for the elaboration of a pre-cooked pota product, to evaluate the digestibility of the proteins and the shelf life of the product. The main objective of this research was to propose a management model based on transformational leadership to improve the quality of university processes. It was attended by all managers (10 participants), administrative workers (7 participants), teachers (164 teachers) and students (340 participants) who belong to the different Professional Schools of the Private University Filial Chiclayo. Determining the processes capabilities in companies that develop software is an issue that has gained interest because through them they can be classifi ed at a certain level of capability or maturity, depending on the model used. In addition, some companies have a set of established practices and working methods, in the case of Peru is often based on Rational Unifi ed Process (RUP). This paper presents the theoretical evaluation of the processes capabilities in the operation category of software processes model Moprosoft under the assumption that an organization has properly implemented a set of minimal elements of RUP.

Designing a performance metric by the fuzzy logic, the purpose of which is incorporated more aspects of the management processes of any organization including those subjective. To show how this metric was applied prior to a billing process of a company of herbicides, where this metric was constructed by traditional indicators of efficiency and effectiveness, producing fuzzy performance measures. The results show that this fuzzy measure performance is stable and valid as it is built on classical performance indicators already familiar with the properties they own. These metrics diff se somehow standardize the processes of the organization. This study is based on the evaluation process of the university public policy of distance education and, specifically, the implementation of the Classroom platform, in its didactic and operational dimensions, at the National Autonomous University of Huanta (UNAH), period 2020, in the context of physical and social isolation, which allowed an accurate analysis to make decisions in this regard. No only methodology of costs can be present in a production companies but also in companies of services based in that all company for the abtaining of its products goes by diverse administration processes.

Welding constitutes a type of permanent joint in the assembly process in the secondary manufacturing industry such as construction for the manufacture of automobiles, aircraft, bridges, tanks, ships, pipes, among others. The objective of this research was to compare the mechanical tensile strength and hardness of welded specimens. This paper presents a study that aimed to determine the mechanism of a process for Cr(VI) removal from aqueous solutions, using compost of carnation crop residues as the adsorbent. We assessed whether the microbiota present in the absorbent material affected the removal of Cr(VI) using respirometric measurements and evaluating the removal capacity using sterilized and not sterilized compost. Additionally, the compost was analysed before and after carrying out the Cr(VI) removal process, by quantification of the acidic functional groups and kinetic monitoring of pH, conductivity and redox potential difference. In this work, the relationship between the use of evaluation strategies in virtual environments and the improvement of learning was analyzed. The purpose was to determine the impact of these strategies on the academic performance of students. The methodology consisted of applying a survey to 40 students to collect data on the evaluation practices used and their perception of the learning process. The results showed a positive and significant correlation (ρ=0.674, p< 0.05) between evaluation strategies in virtual environments and improved learning, evidence of the effectiveness of these practices. Based on these findings, a training proposal was designed to strengthen teaching competencies in online assessment, focused on the design of valid and objective instruments, the implementation of digital tools and timely feedback to improve the quality of assessments in virtual environments.

The main objective of this study was the design and implementation of instruments to evaluate teacher’s performance in a higher education distance unit of a public mexican university. The process consisted of an eight-stage program, based on information generated by interviews, group discussions and document revisions. In the present study, the control of the pyrolysis temperature was carried out in a gasification process of eucalyptus wood, its prediction is made based on the operating parameters of the reactor to ensure the obtaining of a synthesis gas with the required quality. The results obtained from the mathematical modeling for the prediction of the pyrolysis temperature with the use of artificial intelligence techniques and the development of artificial neural networks are shown, with experimental data of the process. The capabilities reconfiguration theme is presented in contemporary literature as a useful approach to business-model adjustment for the conversion of new technologies into processes, products, and services. This work presents a proposal for operationalization of this concept, developing an organizational capability measurement and evaluation model in the process of technology conversion in products and services. Applied to an enterprise started by an academic ‘spin-off’ company located in Brazil, the model presented as suited to the promotion of several relevant debates regarding capabilities evaluation, development, and cooperation, with the aim of creating an adequate organizational structure.
