At present, the problem of sustaining the law-abiding behavior of minors in educational institutions, identifying and eliminating the causes and conditions that contribute to the development of deviant behavior of students is becoming more and more topical. This paper presents the results of a monitoring study of the current state of the activities carried out by educational institutions to form the law-abiding behavior of minors in the territorial entities of the Russian Federation. Objective: Adaptation to Peruvian population of the Pediatric Symptoms Checklist (PSC-17), a questionnaire that assists in the identification of emotional and behavioral problems in children and adolescents between 6 to 17 years. Method: On the basis of the original texts of PSC-17 in English and Spanish and the Chilean version, a committee of five experts proceeded to the adaptation of the 17 items for parents and caregivers and for adolescents. Results: Some items were kept identical to one of the two revised Spanish versions; others remained similar to the Chilean version, and some had to be slightly modified to match Peruvian Spanish. In recent years, dynamic user verification has become one of the basic pillars for insider threat detection. From these threats, the research presented in this paper focuses on masquerader attacks, a category of insiders characterized by being intentionally conducted by persons outside the organization that somehow were able to impersonate legitimate users. Consequently, it is assumed that masqueraders are unaware of the protected environment within the targeted organization, so it is expected that they move in a more erratic manner than legitimate users along the compromised systems. The research problem centers on the urgent need to improve workplace safety conditions. The objective was to determine the relationship between behavior-based safety (BBS) and accident rates in the construction sites of a building company located in Lima. A quantitative approach with a non-experimental, correlational design was employed for this purpose. The sample consisted of five construction sites between 2021 and 2022. The main finding revealed a strong negative correlation between BBS and accident rates, evidenced by a correlation coefficient of −0.918. This suggests that greater BBS implementation is associated with a lower accident rate. A p-value of 0.028 confirmed the statistical significance of this relationship. In conclusion, the findings highlight the effectiveness of BBS programs in reducing occupational accidents in the construction sector.

In this paper the issue of ethical behavior is addressed in its conceptual, methodological and technological aspects. Conceptually fundamental problems and explanatory mechanisms of moral behavior are discussed. At the methodological level one refers to ethics related to behavioral science itself, and another deals with ethics in relations between behavioral science and society. The technological level involves maintaining contact between experimental research and science-based technological practice and good probability of efficacy, while continuing to respect protocols and customer protection.

This study sought to determine the relationships between Future Time Perspective, Self-Care Behaviors, and Mental Health, and to compare the results based on the adolescents' sex. A total of 181 adolescents participated and answered three questionnaires measuring each of the variables involved. The results of the structural model suggest that Future Time Perspective influences self-care behaviors, which impact mental health. Significant correlations were found between Future Time Perspective and self-care behaviors (r = 0.47, p < 0.001) and mental health problems (r = -.20, p < 0.001), as well as differences based on the adolescents' sex in self-care behaviors (t = 2.09, p < 0.05).
