The Internet increasingly radiates its essentialness in relationships, and in the different areas and activities of people. However, as we make a greater use of it, we expose our personal data to be stored and processed by third parties for commercial purposes. This is made possible by a tool that is present in most of the websites we browse on a daily basis: cookies.In this article, the author assesses the risks involved in the use of cookies for advertising purposes without an adequate legal framework. Furthermore, he analyzes the prevention and precautionary mechanisms to follow in order to ensure a balance that respects the rights of users.

The influence of family and school on the level of independence of pre-school children is a fundamental aspect of integral development in early ages. This study has a quantitative descriptive approach. The aim of this study was to know the degree of Functional Independence in pre-school children in Cuenca (Ecuador). The participants were 30 children (3-5 years old), 15 from a public institution and 15 from a private one. The Pediatric Evaluation of Disability Inventory Computer Adaptive Test (PEDICAT) was used as an evaluation tool, which measures the level of independence in 4 areas. Objective: To determine how the functional barriers faced by MSE in the textile and clothing sector influence the exportable supply. The functional barriers that were identified are: Human Resources, Production and Finance. Method: The present investigation is defined under the quantitative approach, descriptive and correlational type and non-experimental design. Results: The population and sample is not probabilistic or directed, it is conformed by fourteen (MSE) from the textile sector, which have exported between the years 2006-2016 and have been in the process of internationalization on a regular basis for a period of not less than five years. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is considered a neurodevelopmental disorder, whose prevalence has increased in recent years, showing in some cases deficits in the cognitive area, with processing speed (PS) being one of the affected variables. Therefore, the present study aims to: 1) compare the scores obtained in relation to the PS variable between students aged 6 to 11 with ASD and their peers with neurotypical development in Metropolitan Lima; and 2) establish the PS profile of the included students with ASD. Objective: To measure the performance profile of the essential function in public health (EPHF) N.° 11: reduction of emergencies and disasters in health. Method: It is a basic and descriptive research, with a population and sample of 25 health departments in the country. The instrument used was a questionnaire adapted and defined by PAHO-WHO. Objective: to systematize the implementation of procedures and decision-making of the perinatal specialist nurse, towards the community that attends the Concentrated Rural Health Center of Tepetitla de la Lardizabal, Tlaxcala for counseling in sexual and reproductive health. El tema seleccionado surge a partir de los resultados arrojados por la última prueba PISA de la Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD, 2023), donde se observa el bajo rendimiento educativo en el Perú. Según Helga Solís, vocera de Seguro Social de Salud (EsSalud, 2024), el 64% de los alumnos de primaria y secundaria presentan dificultades de aprendizaje, lo que genera reprobaciones, repitencias y abandono escolar. Os neologismos metafóricos têm sido comumente associados à função estilística, o que implica que a ocorrência de cargas metafóricas seria uma questão estritamente “lúdica” de inovação lexical. Tais conclusões foram baseadas em descobertas coletadas de corpora textuais, deixando inexplorada a presença de elementos cognitivos em contextos orais não planejados de enunciação. Para estudar a relação entre esses elementos e as funções comunicativas, foram selecionados seis podcasts chilenos de diferentes áreas temáticas a fim de obter um corpus neológico oral para estudar a presença de cargas metafóricas e, por sua vez, estudar as funções das unidades em profundidade por meio de uma adaptação do modelo de Llopart-Saumell (2016). The operation and maintenance of university buildings are facing accelerated deterioration due to a lack of preventive planning and information management, which affects the functionality and comfort of occupants. This research aims to determine the influence of information management on the operation of the Civil Engineering Pavilion of a university in Cercado de Lima. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar el marketing digital de la empresa Global Fiber en la ciudad de Iquitos durante el año 2024. La investigación fue de tipo básica, con diseño no experimental, enfoque descriptivo y corte transversal, utilizando una muestra no probabilística de clientes recurrentes. Se aplicó una encuesta con un cuestionario de 16 preguntas cerradas para identificar aspectos relacionados con el marketing digital, la diferenciación del producto, calidad del servicio y satisfacción del cliente. Los datos fueron procesados con Microsoft Excel y se utilizó un análisis descriptivo. Los resultados mostraron una alta fiabilidad en los ítems evaluados, con un Alfa de Cronbach de 0,956.
