This Professional Experience Report allows me to present the work carried out during my tenure at the head of the Accounting area of the company Bermanlab INC, which is under my responsibility from May 2016 to the present. The report presents the different circumstances experienced during my administration, as well as the way in which they have been resolved, as well as allowing for an analysis, description and evaluation of the performance performed in the accounting area. During the time I have been in the position described in this report, we can conclude that the companies, although apparently seen from the outside, have everything organized and could not make large contributions in their organization that would mark an important and favorable change, such affirmation is not so in certain cases, since they still have many fields or areas that are not exploited correctly or simply are not given due importance, perhaps because they had bad experiences or because the managements are very conservative. Although the report may give the impression that changes were made by the only instruction received or desire to promote them, it is not entirely correct, since it is basically the result of great effort, perseverance and passion for the work that is done daily and the self-motivation, because it is important because the results that have been obtained have not been easily achieved having to face several situations that could have caused not to continue with the reformist intentions and even not to continue in the position held. The assigned functions are exposed, as well as those of the work team that is counted in order to be able to achieve the changes that are exposed.
