Virtual assistants are used to complement user navigation and experience through e-commerce platforms and online services. Several studies show that customer experience is significantly improved when virtual assistants exhibit human-like attention and provide personalized recommendations tailored to individual preferences and needs. To achieve this, the assistant can make use of Natural Language Processing, which enables understanding of human language along with responses. This study develops a virtual assistant focused on conversational AI which is implemented in a poultry retail’s website to improve customer experience. The relationship between executive functions (EF), creative personality, and academic performance in Argentine university students was examined. A total of 248 students (M = 22.97 years, SD = 4.43) from various Argentine provinces participated. The Adult Executive Functioning Inventory (ADEXI), the Cognitive Flexibility Scale, the Creative Behavior Scale (ECC), and the Creative Personality Scale (EPC) were used, along with academic performance data and sociodemographic information. We study the diet and trophic structure of 36 bat species from the Pampa Hermosa National Sanctuary. Faeces samples and gels with pollen were analyzed; seeds, pollen and remains of arthropods were found in the feces. Bats were classified in six functional groups. We found in the diet of the sedentary frugivores (FS), frugivorous nomads (FN) and nectarivores (N), 70 morphospecies of seed and pollen; in the diet of the aerial insectivorous (IA) and foliage gleaners (IR), nine morphospecies of arthropods. Principal component analysis shows the separation of bats and their diets; Carollia brevicauda-Piperaceae (Piper spp.), Vampyressa melissa-Moraceae (Ficus spp.), Sturnira lilium-Solanaceae; Anoura peruana and Anoura cultrata were separated by the consumption of Fabaceae and Bombacaceae, respectively, and Myotis spp. for the consumption of arthropods. Especificamente, ela descreverá a metodologia seguida para a reprodução desses erros em espanhol por meio de textos argumentativos. Esses textos apresentavam erros induzidos com o chatbot, que simulava um aluno real, além de adicionar outra versão corrigida pela mesma ferramenta. The main objective was to conduct an inventory of wildlife species, focusing on their use as bioindicators of the ecosystems within the concession. The study considered variables such as the species composition of flora, birds, and mammals, as well as the ecosystem services they provide (ESS). To this end, eight Permanent Sampling Plots (PSPs) and linear transects were established, distributed across two predominant ecosystem types: alluvial flooded forest (B-ai) and lowland hill forest (B-cb). Today, we live in an era where the participation of Artificial Intelligence is already part of our daily lives. Its increasing use compels the legal framework to question the role of such technologies within the legal order. In this context, there is doctrinal uncertainty about whether, due to the autonomy with which it seems to operate, AI should be considered a new type of legal subject. This would imply that AI could exercise various types of subjective legal situations, becoming a decisive part of community life. Ultimately, it is concluded that, despite its novel functions, AI cannot be equated with the condition of a person, which is the foundation of the idea of a legal subject, due to its inability to have feelings or generate private judgments of autonomy, as well as its incapacity to assess its own behavior.
