In this article, the author tell us regarding the main function of the consumer protection system, which is to maximize the making good decisions consumption by consumers. Likewise, he tells us about the information asymmetry and how it should be considered, as well as the inequality between a consumer and a seller. Como en el año 2019 se reconocía y celebraba dos importantísimas inmigraciones asiáticas a nuestro territorio, 170 años de la china y 120 años de la japonesa, a mi iniciativa la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales, a través del decano, Julio Mejía Navarrete, aceptó la realización de un certamen científico que, tras conversaciones, terminamos llamándolo «Testimonios de tusanes y nikkeis sanmarquinos».

La elaboración de este trabajo de índices de la revista Investigaciones Sociales fue encargado a Humberto Rodríguez Pastor por el historiador César Espinoza, actual director del Instituto de Investigaciones de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos así como director de esa revista. A su vez Rodríguez Pastor solicitó la colaboración, con este fin, a los estudiantes de antropología Miluska Elguera, Ángel Rodríguez y Miguel Valderrama y con ellos se hizo todo el trabajo.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the understanding of the relationship between different types of organizational culture (hierarchical, clan or group, market or rational and adhocratic) and sustainability through three dimensions (economic, environmental and social) in ecotourism businesses in Oaxaca and Chiapas, Mexico. Design/methodology/approach: In this research 80 questionnaires were administered in the form of face-to-face interviews to ecotourism business owners'. Through a discriminant analysis and the theoretical support of the competing values framework (CVF), the prevailing types of culture were identified, and their influence was analysed through a regression analysis. Panoramic view of the complex migratory processes of two groups of migrant Asian workers, Chinese and Japanese, who arrived in Peru in different periods. These were almost continuous, since their presence responded to the need for labor on the coastal haciendas and that they faced coercive forms of demands. Por conocer que el doctor Manuel Burga Díaz, reciente electo rector de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, tiene antecesores chinos, en Oriental se consideró conveniente conversar con él. Interesaba que nos diga algo sobre los chinos del valle del Jequetepeque, donde se encuentra Chepén, activo pueblo norteño del departamento de La Libertad donde el rector nació hace algo más de medio siglo. Tuvimos en cuenta además que el Dr. Burga fue autor de la obra De la encomienda a la hacienda capitalista. El valle del Jequetepeque del siglo XVI al XX. Era, pues, evidente que podía decirnos bastante sobre lo que había averiguado como historiador o de lo que recordaba por sus propias experiencias personales de esa importante colonia asiática de Chepén y del valle.

En el marco de la relación de las artes con otras formas de expresión y de su materialización, el presente trabajo reflexiona en torno a las múltiples y fructíferas relaciones que existen actualmente entre el arte y la tecnología, con el objetivo de reconocer y valorar los modos en que los avances de las ciencias repercuten y benefician un ámbito que a veces suele pensarse como estático y atemporal. Las nuevas estrategias de acercamiento del arte a la sociedad proporcionan nuevas formas de sensibilización y una mayor interacción con el objeto artístico. Asimismo, los últimos avances tecnológicos permiten develar los secretos del arte, así como su conservación, restauración y recreación.

This paper uses three different approaches (Generative phonology, Nonlinear phonology and Optimality Theory) in order to describe and explain a phonological process of assimilation called labialization in Nomatsiguenga, that only happens when a labial consonant appears before the central vowel [i]. Standard generative phonology characterized assimilation in terms of features copying. In Nonlinear approach, in contrast, assimilation is characterized as the association of features of segment A to a neighboring segment B. Finally, in Optimality Theory, assimilation is characterized as Markedness constraint called AGREE(x).

The text is partly the biography of a Japanese, Nikumatsu Okada, who was immigrated pawn of the first group of Japanese who came to Peru to work on coastal plantations 1899. Of pawn of Palpa hacienda, Chancay valley, became tambero, Yanacon and tenant farms and other businesses ; all in the same valley. He finished his presence in Peru because of deportation of Japanese-Peruvians to concentration camps in the US during the 2nd World War. It also includes part of the Japanese environment surrounding this businessman and was so much that today lasts the world nikkei in this valley.

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo evaluar experimentalmente el equilibrio gaseoso - hídrico generados por los residuos sólidos que se encuentran en el Botadero de Quebrada Honda del distrito de Yura – Arequipa, ámbito donde se realizó la disposición final de los residuos sólidos de 14 distritos de Arequipa, con operaciones mínimas de la compactación, el uso de material de cobertura, instalación de chimeneas, que presenta a la fecha del estudio la clausura de dos plataformas con plantación en la superficie de la especie arbórea Schinus molle (Molle) desde febrero del 2008 hasta julio del 2014, en que empezó a operar el Relleno Sanitario. El uso de cavernas de piedra contribuye a mejorar la calidad organoléptica y reducir los costos de maduración de quesos semi-maduros gourmet tipo Suizo, Edam, Gouda, Parmesano, Dambo y Baby Suizz, sustituyendo las cámaras de refrigeración con energía eléctrica convencional por una caverna de piedra para maduración en un ambiente natural a 3119 m.s.n.m. La temperatura (T°) y humedad relativa (HR) en la caverna para maduración de los quesos semi-maduros tipo Suizo, Edam, Gouda, Parmesano, Dambo y Baby Suizz fué de 17,55 °C y 88,89 % respectivamente. Legislative Decree No. 1297 established, for the first time, the principle of preserving sibling relationships. In this regard, this research is aimed at deepening in the development of this innovative principle. Knowing what this principle entails for their legal situation will greatly benefit sibling groups placed for adoption. In that sense, the purpose is to know the current situation of the principle of preserving sibling relationships and determining its consequences on sibling groups placed for adoption. In this quest, we have used the historical and deductive methodology as well as the dogmatic method. We conclude there are some progress in regulations in Peru, but there are still aspects that need to be further specified in order to ensure sibling relationships between the members of a sibling’ group.

Peruvian MYPEs represent 99.3% of all busines-ses with economic initiatives and generate 75% of employment. However, opposite of what happens in developed countries like USA and Japan, their competitiveness is low and the financial condition is fragile, moreover their export share of less than 1%. Inadequate quality management of their processes generates waste and scrap, which increase costs, re-ducing their productivity and profitability. Research conducted on a sample of 27 textile MYPEs-garments manufacturers- located in Lima and Callao, concluded that there is an inverse and significant correlation be-tween the rating of the quality management and the costs of waste and scrap; and found that for every 1% of additional quality management qualification, pro-duction costs are reduced at 0.08 %; we also identified the greatest impact management factors.
