En este texto el A. se propone mostrar que es posible emplear algunas técnicas de la lógica modal para reflexionar en torno al problema de la existencia de Dios. En la primera parte se presenta la estructura general de la lógica modal, su simbología y los diversos sistemas que recientemente han sido propuestos. En la segunda parte, el A. sugiere la posibilidad de formular en términos modales la prueba ontológica de San Anselmo. El texto culmina extrayendo algunas consecuencias de esta formulación.

The term emotional intelligence was first used in 1990 by Peter Salovey of Harvard and John Mayer of New Hampshire, as the ability to control and regulate the feelings of self and others and use them as a guide to thought and action . Emotional intelligence embodied in a wide range of skills and personality traits: empathy, understanding and expression of feelings, control our temper, independence, adaptability, empathy, ability to solve problems in an interpersonal, social skills, persistence, warmth, kindness and respect.

This article will study the poetry collection Antígona (2000) by the Peruvian poet José Watanabe. This free version of Sophocles’ eponymous tragedy will be analyzed using the concepts of General Textual Rhetoric proposed by Giovanni Bottiroli (1993) and supplemented by Camilo Fernández (2011). The key concept for its application will be the rhetoric of the characters, specifically focusing on the two female characters of the tragedy: Ismene, the narrator, and Antigone. The main aim of this article is to demonstrate the predominant presence of the figure of thought known as antithesis in the poetry collection, and likewise, the way in which it becomes fundamental in the construction of the represented world and, consequently, of the selected characters.

This report presents the case of an 18-year-old Colombian creole mare with a history of subfertility, continuous and prolonged oestrous, uterine oedema categorized between 4 and 5, and moderate sized cysts present in the endometrial and myometrial layer. As a diagnostic plan, an endometrial culture, hysteroscopy, and a biopsy for histopathology were performed. Proteus mirabilis was found in the bacteriology culture. Hysteroscopy showed abundant cysts on the body and uterine horns. In histopathology, hyperplasia of the endometrial glands with fibrotic foci and mononuclear infiltrate was evident. Therapy with antibiotics, dimethyl sulfoxide DMSO and infusion of platelet-rich plasma did not improve her condition and the mare did not recover her reproductive function.

A glossary of 1276 Amerindian names or name variants of palms is presented, representing at least 121 species in 64 aboriginal languages of Colombia. The species with documented names in the largest number of languages are Bactris gasipaes, Oenocarpus bataua, Mauritia flexuosa,Euterpe precatoria, andAstrocaryum chambira, which are five of the most used palms in South America. The languages with the largest number of named species are uitoto (48), tikuna (47), muinane (43), siona (34), sikuani (31) and miraña (30). These figures reflect the detailed studies carried out with these ethnic groups, besides the palm diversity of their territories and their knowledge about it. The names are presented in three separate lists –arranged by species, by language, and a global list of names that includes references for each individual record.

En el presente trabajo se diseña un módulo de una zaranda vibratoria, utilizando el principio de similitud y el teorema Pi (π) de Buckingham, los cuales proporcionan las leyes de escalamiento de los parámetros dinámicos más importantes como: masa, rigidez, fuerza y frecuencia de excitación. Se tomó como referencia una zaranda de la marca HAVER, de la cual se conocen todos los parámetros dinámicos de manera experimental. Objetives: The objective was to determine the relationship between physical dependence level andthe incidence of pressure ulcers in elderly patients belonging to PADOMI of Hospital III EsSalud,Juliaca - 2017. Materials and Methods: In a cross - sectional, descriptive and correlational design,the population was constituted by 201 Patients belonging to the Home Care Program, the samplingwas non-probabilistic for convenience with a sample of 51 elderly patients. The objective of this research is to show that the IACHR judgement in the case of Azul Rojas Marín vs. Peru develops relevant aspects regarding violence and discrimination against trans people on the basis of the Istanbul Protocol, and non-relevant aspects regarding the reparations imposed. This study analyzes the sound discourse in the podcast “La Oruga” as a strategy to construct and transmit the collective memory of the internal armed conflict in Peru (1980-2000). Using a qualitative approach, five representative episodes of the podcast were purposively sampled and analyzed by means of a content analysis form adapted to the sound format and the context of collective memory. The results reveal that the sound symbolism, the recreation of the testimonies and their centralization are, among others, powerful elements in the construction of a multidimensional narrative of the conflict that manages to give voice to historically marginalized perspectives, thus contributing to a more inclusive, deep and complex collective memory of the Peruvian internal armed conflict. Se estudió la amplificación dinámica de la torsión en edificios de hasta 3 niveles cuando se varía el tipo de deformabilidad de los elementos resistentes al sismo. Se hace un análisis modal y las respuestas, obtenidas con un espectro plano de vibraciones, son combinadas siguiendo un criterio en el cual se idealizan los sismos como segmentos de procesos gaussianos estacionarios y bajo la hipótesis de que el amortiguamiento en cada modo es igual al 10% del crítico. Se presentan curvas que relacionan las amplificaciones (cociente entre el momento torsor dinámico y el estático) con los parámetros más significativos.

The objective of the research is to demonstrate that, in Peru, the lack of recognition of gender identity in the National Identity Document (DNI) of transsexual women generates abuse and discrimination, in addition to violating their right to health and safety job. The present investigation addresses the problem that the Peruvian State refuses to recognize transsexual women regarding their gender identity. The normative and theoretical basis that supports the mistreatment and discrimination of transsexual women will be developed, as well as the analysis of the lack of health and work. La presente tesis consiste en el diseño e implementación de un subwoofer activo de alta fidelidad para cine en casa, el cual está conformado por un filtro activo pasabajos, un amplificador de poder, una fuente de poder, un altavoz y un gabinete acústico. Como requerimientos de diseño se estableció seleccionar un altavoz de un diámetro entre 10 y 12 pulgadas, una frecuencia de resonancia entre 30 y 40 Hz y un Qts no mayor a 0.45 y de preferencia entre 0.25 y 0.35. Además, la configuración del gabinete acústico debía ser seleccionad mediante comparación y por simulación en software. Una vez implementado el gabinete debía ser optimizado mediante análisis modal experimental. Este artículo analiza la discusión que opone, desde hace más de veinte años, a K.-O. Apel y J. Habermas acerca de la fundamentación de la Diskursethik. Al seguir paso a paso los argumentos de ambos para justificar, o bien una fundamentación última pragmático trascendental (Apel), o bien una versión débil de la fundamentación mediante las intuiciones morales cotidianas (Habermas), podemos entender los límites del análisis pragmático en el campo del fenómeno moral, y poner en cuestión el programa futuro del pragmatic turn de la filosofía.

El artículo pretende discutir, a la luz del debate contemporáneo entre moralidad y eticidad, los modelos de comportamiento moral en el Perú. La crítica a la moralidad (moral moderna) se desarrolla contrastando los ideales y la práctica de los liberales independentistas del S. XIX. A pesar de existir una mezcla de contenidos morales, las alternativas que se buscan posteriormente implican un retorno a la moral aristotélica y cristiana (eticidad). Esto es lo que se observa en filósofos como Alejandro Deustua, en políticos como Víctor Andrés Belaunde y José Carlos Mariátegui, y particularmente en la narrativa de José María Arguedas.

Este estudio investigó los proyectos de vida de 40 adolescentes con indicios de altas habilidades/superdotación, divididos igualmente en cuanto al sexo y tipo de superdotación (escolar o creativo-productiva). Para ello, preguntamos, a través del método clínico piagetiano, cuáles eran los proyectos de vida de los jóvenes y las justificaciones para cada una de las proyecciones. Se presentaron 229 proyectos, con énfasis para ‘formación académica’, ‘actividad profesional’, y ‘relación afectiva’. Las justificaciones fueron, principalmente, del tipo ‘autocentrado’, sugiriendo que la mayoría de las proyecciones no presentó la perspectiva moral y ética, pues señalaron los intereses individuales, desprovistos de los valores morales. This paper shows a mismatch between a real and pressing demand for a philosophical analysis that allows us to explain the emergence of new phenomena in law, and the limited supply of theoretical tools to satisfy this demand by the traditional model of positivistic science of law. After an initial diagnosis of a mismatch between supply and demand, the resistance of legal positivism to accept practical rationality stands out as a core problem of the traditional model of positivistic science of law and the viability of this way of rationality is defended. The paper concludes with a proposal for the reinvention of the philosophy of law of the 21st century that incorporates new objectives and rethinks its method.

Objetivo: Establecer si existe relación entre la dimensión vertical oclusal (DVO) y el promedio de la longitud de los dedos de la mano en los estudiantes de la Escuela Profesional de Odontología de la UNJBG durante el año 2020. Metodología: La muestra estuvo constituida por 104 estudiantes (52 hombres y 52 mujeres). Para el registro de la DVO, se midió la distancia desde el punto subnasal hasta el punto mentoniano. Para el registro de la longitud de los dedos, se midió desde la punta hasta el último pliegue inferior de cada dedo. Se utilizó el calibrador vernier digital SATA RS233 de 200 mm.
