The pathogen Fusarium oxysporum is the major limiting factor in the production of the cape gooseberry crop Physalis peruviana, due to the inexperience of growers to identify and manage it. The objective of this research was to identify the relationship between the chemical characteristics of the soil and the presence and absence of Fusarium oxysporum. Soil samples were collected from 100 cape gooseberry production units. This process was carried out in plots with healthy plants and plants affected by the pathogen Fusarium oxysporum Schltdl. Descriptive analysis, Pearson correlations, principal components (PCA) and Machine Learning models were used to analyze the information associated with the chemical elements of the soil of cape gooseberry farms. Internal fraud is a big problem for companies since it causes significant monetary losses. Several research studies have proposed to improve the personnel selection process using data mining. The present work suggests to use applicants’ historical information in order to predict if they will commit fraud during their working period in a company. There are models with high precision level but with a higher error rate to find fraud. After several experimentations, around seven variables which contribute more to the model were found. Some of these variables match those mentioned in studies about antisocial personality disorder. The algorithm with best results was a convolutional neural network with 80% accuracy rate. It is concluded that applicants’ information is important to establish if they will commit internal fraud during their working period in a company.

The empiric part of this investigation work includes the systemic intervention models and phenomenologic in the pattern of the family constellations, as well as the pattern of the social representations. The investigation consists on applying the method of the family constellations created by Bert Hellinger to the clinical supervision. For it, fourteen cases were studied, presented by the participant psychotherapists in the same one. The results give bill of the changes of beliefs, convictions and degrees of the participants’ satisfaction in the group dynamics. In definitive, the investigation picks up the changes in the social representations of the investigated psychotherapists, have more than enough its problems and labor relationships, as consequence of the application of the method of the family constellations.

This paper develops a variation of potential field algorithm for obstacle avoidance trajectory planning applied to an anthropomorphic manipulator of 6 degrees of freedom. In the first instance, the inverse kinematics model was generated based on a multivariate iterative control process, then the model was modified by adding a rotation vector obtained by the repulsive forces between the obstacle and the six joints of the robot so that the manipulator can find a route that avoids the obstacle and reaches a goal position. Abstract: This article summarizes the main contributions of the thesis with the title “K-Nearest neighbor in a classification and prediction application in the Judicial Power of Peru". In this thesis a model is constructed using the method of the nearest k-neighbors that allows classifying and predicting the Superior Courts of Justice of Peru. Este artículo resume las contribuciones principales de la tesis con el título “K-vecino más próximos en una aplicación de clasificación y predicción en el Poder Judicial del Perú". En esta tesis se construye un modelo utilizando el método de los k-vecinos más próximos que permite clasificar y predecir las Cortes Superiores de Justicia del Perú. En esta tesis se desarrolla una metodología de control para la mejora del rendimiento de una turbina a gas (TG) de ciclo abierto, que es afectado por los factores de mayor impacto, localizados en los sistemas de filtrado de aire de admisión y compresión.
