Introduction. Type 2 diabetes is a public health problem whose management is very complex, recognizingmultiple problems and limitations for an adequate control of the disease. Objective. To determine the effect of educational program added to the usual treatment, in the control of patients with type 2 diabetes in a peruvian national hospital. Methods. A longitudinal analytical study of three months of follow-up was conducted. Fifty consecutive patients with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes who were treated in the outpatient clinical of the endocrinology service agreed to voluntarily participate in the four sessions in groups of 5-8 participants (1session/week). Objetives: To determine the main factors for desertion from the Arterial Hypertension Program. Setting: Chiclayo Almanzor Aguinaga National Hospital. Design: Analytical case-control study. Material and methods: Cases were 126 patients who deserted for over 6 months and controls the 252 patients who continued in the program, paired for sex, age, place of referral and hypertension level; patients with complications or adscription changes were excluded. A domiciliary survey was applied. Results: Low knowledge about hypertension was the main factor (OR: 15.31), including desinterest in monthly control (OR: 14,6), treatment negligence when both arterial blood pressure returned to normality (OR: 13,8) or when asymptomatic (OR: 13,2), all meaning inappropiate illness consciousness. The Yukaghirs are one of the disappearing ethnic groups due to their small number and long-term adaptation in a multi-ethnic environment that does not contribute to the development and preservation of linguistic and cultural traditions. Background: The Antimicrobial Optimization Programs (PROA) in Health Institutions are a strategy implemented in various countries. The study: Our objective was to carry out an electronic survey in health establishments that have hospitalization services in Peru. Findings: One hundred seventy establishments (38.4%) responded to the survey between MINSA (90%), ESSALUD (4.2%), Armed Forces - PNP (2.9%) and Private (2.9%). Only 49 (28.8%) had PROA working within their institution. 83.7% had a Director Resolution that they supported in functions and 38.8% reported having a PROA activity plan. The most frequent problems identified are the lack of trained human resources (24.6%), the lack of training and technical assistance (13.1%) and the failure to prescribe antibiotics (11.5%). This investigation was done in order to identify students with low levels of protective factors in suicidal risk (assertiveness, effective communication, self-esteem, decision making), evaluated with a questionnaire Ad Hoc (authors) and complementary the suicide risk, assessed with the Suicide Risk Questionnaire of Plutchik, in130 students of second, third and fourth year of a State School in the town of Huánuco, Peru. 29% (38 students) fulfill the inclusion criteria mentioned. To solve increasingly complex global health problems, health professionals must collaborate with professionals in non-health-related fields. The Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia and University of Washington created the NIH-funded Kuskaya training program in response to the need for transformative global health training for talented graduates from all disciplines. Kuskaya is a 1-year, interdisciplinary training program that teaches Peruvian and US graduates critical skills related to public health research through the design and implementation of a collaborative research project in Peru. El programa REDD + es un mecanismo desarrollado por las Partes de la Convención Marco de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Cambio Climático (CMNUCC), que tiene como objetivo crear un valor financiero para el carbono almacenado en los bosques de los países en desarrollo. Este estudio se centra en un proyecto piloto REDD + desarrollado en la Amazonía peruana, en la capital de la biodiversidad del Perú. Para el desarrollo del estudio se realizó una revisión de la literatura sobre estudios de casos de REDD +, y luego un análisis de documentos que se relacionan con el proyecto REDD + examinado. A network is an acyclic directed graph in which there are sources that have some messages and want to transmit to receivers through the combination of messages in intermediate nodes. The goal is to find a collection of functions that allow to combine messages in order to satisfy the demand of the receivers. In this paper, we study the fractional solvability problem of a network using an extension of the solvability problem in closure operators given by Gadouleau in 2013. We define linear programming problems via the desired extension in order to study capacities; using some information inequalities and characteristic-dependent linear rank inequalities, we obtain upper bounds on linear capacity of some networks and closure operators over some fields.

This research work solves the problem of least squares that requires inner elipsoid algorithm to determine the descent direction; giving solution to linear programming problems by means of this methodof interior points. We solve the least squares problem using auxiliary function with logarithmic barrier and an approximation of the original matrix factorization by a matrix of rank one update to nally use the Sherman-Morrison-Woodburry formula and determining the inverse of the current matrix thus solving the least squares problem and obtaining a approximation to the descent direction.
