The present article tries, in the first term, to analyze certain present problems in the definition, uses and supposition that he(she) adopts the notion of «educabilidad» and of «conditions of educabilidad «of the subjects. Especially the presence of suppositions will be analyzed psicoeducativos in the conceptions on educabilidad and his relation with the reasons attributed to the school massive failure. In the second term, there will be tried to show the fertility of a work of investigation on two questions that escenifican the presence of the suppositions analyzed concerning the educabilidad and the school failure: the analysis of the procedures and criteria psicoeducativos used for the diagnosis and forecast of the possibilities of learning of the pupils and the analysis of educational experiences or psicoeducativas alternative of attention to the school massive failure.

Recent international evaluations regarding educational level have revealed that Peru is in the rankings of countries with the lowest performance in various subjects, including mathematics. The Polya method is presented as a solution to this serious situation, which assures that if its four steps are considered, better results will be obtained than the traditional method of teaching mathematics. This article arises in view of the objective need to determine what are the causes why the Peruvian university, in general, is facing the current crisis that can be perceived as a product of the lack of application of a good part of the scope established in the National Strategic Plan regarding the university and its operation. This lack of application is what has resulted in the conditions that are seen within the problematic of university education, trying to explain it in the best way to understand this conflictive situation. The general conclusion is aimed at determining guidelines that lead to understand the underlying problem and to be aware of the need for competent authorities to act on the aforementioned crisis in order to seek to reverse the current situation that is occurring.

This article aims to a research problem that emphasizes the necessity to guide and organize schoolchildren’s cognitive activities. In a situation when cognition becomes the leading activity, new opportunities are opened up for the organization of the whole educational process, including its other aspects such as – development, and learning. The experiment conducted revealed problem points of organizing the process of cognition as well as the necessity for collecting additional data for a future experiment. The paper also puts forward the idea of a correlation between the hierarchical system of principles of education and types of adequacy.

Nevertheless, intense immigration was sparked and had serious implications, especially for European countries like France after the year 2010, which marked the start of the revolution in Tunisia and the birth of such a phenomenon as the Arab spring. Educational humanism was later defined as a philosophy that seeks the integral formation of the human being in academic and moral aspects.
