El obispo de Trujillo dejó un testimonio gráfico de su visita pastoral a las provincias serranas del norte del virreinato peruano en el llamado Códice Martínez Compañón (1782-1785). Las partituras contenidas en ese documento son una fuente primaria indispensable para aquellos interesados en las músicas vernáculas del mundo andino. De hecho, algunas tonadas y bailes del Códice son, para muchos, evidencia de una historia de mestizaje cultural y de supervivencia de músicas prehispánicas. Otros añaden que la hibridez estilística de esa música podría interpretarse como un espacio de resistencia o contracultura indígena. Os produtos defensivos tem sido utilizados em grande escala para garantir a produtividade de diversas culturas. O uso indiscriminado destes produtos tem resultado em impactos negativos ao ambiente, principalmente com resíduos tóxicos na água, solo, ar, plantas e animais. O fipronil é um inseticida que pertence ao grupo dos fenilpirazois utilizado amplamente na cultura de cana-de-açúcar, que por lixiviação ou encorreamento aumenta as possibilidades de atingir o ecosistema aquático. O presente estudo objetivou avaliar o risco ambiental ecotoxicológico a partir da concentração letal 50 durante 96 h (CL 50 96h) para Poecilia reticulata, em ausência e presença de sedimento, valor que foi estimado em 0,08 ± 0,01 mg/L para o primeiro e 0,09 ± 0,01 mg/L para o segundo. Realiza predicciones y ajustes de información actuarial. Este trabajo propone usar los modelos multiniveles robustos para modelar datos del área de actuaria; en particular, ajustar el riesgo colectivo. El abordaje utilizado fue realizado usando el paradigma de Bayes. De este modo, los estimadores del valor de la prima de seguros son calculados en situaciones de super dispersión y con información atípica. Se evalúa la capacidad predictiva del modelo vía uso de resultados de la teoría de decisión estadística.

This research paper addresses the situation of the Guaná language in Paraguay, one of the indigenous peoples of the Maskoy linguistic family, highlighting the challenges and opportunities for its revitalization through artificial intelligence. Among the main justifications is that the Guaná language faces a serious threat of extinction, with only three elderly native speakers, which requires comprehensive measures for its preservation. The objective of the paper is to analyze the proposal for the integration of artificial intelligence in an educational curriculum for the revitalization of the Guaná language. Esta banda se genera dentro del contexto del curso de Ensamble Proyecto en el 2018, para el cual se involucra al maestro Arturo “Kike” Pinto como profesor de dicho curso, posteriormente director y arreglista musical, y hacia final del 2019, asesor del proyecto. In the following pages, we propose to approach, in part, the poetic world of the book Trilce (1922), by César Vallejo. We will concentrate on the exegesis of two poems of the aforementioned volume: «II» and «V», which are exemplary expressions of Vallejo's great vision of temporality and the love relationship. The title of the article is intended to emphasize the need to read with freedom, which is why we have established a special relationship between Trilce and Rayuela, since we understand that these two books demand an active, participatory, and creative reader.

This article pretends to be an approach to an academic debate between two scenarios that have risen amongst reading as we know it. With the integration of technological devices as iPads, Kindles, laptops, etc. the objectives, experiences and actors that participate in the reading process are inevitable affected, re-configuring the concept. This is why it is worth to distinguish both scenarios and generate a conversation that lead us to integrate both worlds and make reading a rewarding experience that’s integrated to digital life.

The procedural charges that arise as activities of the parties in the jurisdictional process become like the original gender of the burden of proof; these are in the conceptualization of the thoughts of Goldschmidt and Carnelutti. The doctrine has treated procedural charges by basing the part of the discussion itself and is a faculty of an obligation; however, the controversy arises from the observation of the dynamics of the procedural norm and its structure, from which arises the consecutive character that generates the conduct of each one of the parties. The objective of this article is to examine, through a functional methodology, the risks involved in put options related to investments in the energy sector, which presents several peculiarities. The study consists of delimiting which risks are or are not inserted in the normal scope of the contract. The option is examined from a functional perspective: whether its function is merely speculative or whether its purpose is to remove one of the partners. Considering the risks that exceed the normal range (alea normal), the possibility of contractual revision or termination is examined, analyzing the legal requirements contained in articles 317, 478 and 480 of the Brazilian Civil Code.

This text offers an overview of the reception, acceptance of the work of Ricardo Palma at various times in our history, from the publication of the first collection of the Peruvian Traditions (1872). There are some reactions of Peruvian critics and intellectuals about the work of the traditionist, although references are also made to those of other nationalities (Ibero-American), making references to the existing cultural and political environment. It concludes with the re-meaning of life and work of Palma, based on the actions of the Ricardo Palma Institute, in the new century, and its impact on the interest of the author of the traditions.
