Narrative recreations about the life of Inca Garcilaso are full of anachronistic elements, for they are current interpretations of the past, which deal with the role of his figure in the Peruvian cultural imagination. This work analyzes the way in which contemporary Peruvian narrators have recreated Garcilaso’s participation in the war of Alpujarras. The recreation of this military episode in Garcilaso’s life and its impact on him unfolds a empathy towards the Moriscos as a matter of identity around the literary construction of Garcilaso as a character.

El obispo de Trujillo dejó un testimonio gráfico de su visita pastoral a las provincias serranas del norte del virreinato peruano en el llamado Códice Martínez Compañón (1782-1785). Las partituras contenidas en ese documento son una fuente primaria indispensable para aquellos interesados en las músicas vernáculas del mundo andino. De hecho, algunas tonadas y bailes del Códice son, para muchos, evidencia de una historia de mestizaje cultural y de supervivencia de músicas prehispánicas. Otros añaden que la hibridez estilística de esa música podría interpretarse como un espacio de resistencia o contracultura indígena. The aim of the present study is to estimate the export fluxes of major dissolved species at the scale of the Amazon basin, to identify the main parameters controlling their spatial distribution and to identify the role of discharge variability in the variability of the total dissolved solid (TDS) flux through the hydrological cycle. Data are compiled from the monthly hydrochemistry and daily discharge database of the “Programa Climatologico y Hidrologico de la Cuenca Amazonica de Bolivia” (PHICAB) and the HYBAM observatories from 34 stations distributed over the Amazon basin (for the 1983–1992 and 2000–2012 periods, respectively). El ahora llamado “Ensamble Códice” es una orquesta conformada por alumnos y egresados de la especialidad de Música de la PUCP, que hace arreglos contemporáneos de música peruana y latinoamericana, de parte del repertorio del Códice Martínez Compañón. Esta banda se genera dentro del contexto del curso de Ensamble Proyecto en el 2018, para el cual se involucra al maestro Arturo “Kike” Pinto como profesor de dicho curso, posteriormente director y arreglista musical, y hacia final del 2019, asesor del proyecto. The procedural charges that arise as activities of the parties in the jurisdictional process become like the original gender of the burden of proof; these are in the conceptualization of the thoughts of Goldschmidt and Carnelutti. The doctrine has treated procedural charges by basing the part of the discussion itself and is a faculty of an obligation; however, the controversy arises from the observation of the dynamics of the procedural norm and its structure, from which arises the consecutive character that generates the conduct of each one of the parties. Adobe is one of the oldest construction materials that is still used in many seismic countries, and different construction techniques are found around the world. The adobe material is characterized as a brittle material; it has acceptable compression strength but it has poor performance under tensile and shear loading conditions. Numerical modelling is an alternative approach for studying the nonlinear behaviour of masonry structures such as adobe. The lack of a comprehensive experimental database on the adobe material properties motivated the study developed here. Electrocoagulation is frequently studied considering only the current or current density as a determining parameter when looking for the optimal conditions of wastewater treatment; however, these are correlated to the charge loading parameter that regulates the dose of metal to be dissolved. Due to this, the present study incorporates the charge loading to find the optimal conditions of treatment by electrocoagulation to the effluents of a dairy industry, “La Planta Piloto de Leche” of Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, taking as a variable response to the removal of turbidity. The objective of this research is to develop a procedure that simulates the bending stress in gear teeth plastic through numerical simulation method and the study of the main parameters that affect the performance of plastic gears such as torque, power and efforts of these gears when in operation regime, comparing with the molten steel. La falla por flujo es un fenómeno con consecuencias catastróficas del fenómeno de licuación de suelos que ocurre también en materiales mineros. Este trabajo de maestría busca determinar el grado de susceptibilidad del ore de bauxita a falla por flojo durante el transporte marítimo debido a cargas cíclicas utilizando ensayos triaxiales no drenados y la teoría del estado crítico.

We studied the uniform stabilization of a class of Timoshenko systems with tip load at the free end of the beam. Our main result is to prove that the semigroup associated to this model is not exponentially stable. Moreover, we prove that the semigroup decays polynomially to zero. When the damping mechanism is efective only on the boundary of the rotational angle, the solution also decays polynomially with rate depending on the coecients of the problem. The objective of this work is to present in a didactic way the results obtained in the article [9], using the theory of semigroups used in [10] and also contribute with the numerical part seen in [1]
