El propósito de la investigación fue evaluar la capacidad fitorremediadora del Agave americano L. mediante la incorporación de enmiendas (humus, cal y bioestimulante) en relaves mineros. La evaluación se realizó durante 120 días bajo condiciones de invernadero. El diseño fue experimental con un sistema de muestreo aleatorio simple. El estudio abarca como meta utilizar el aprendizaje automático (machine learning) para mejorar la calidad del servicio y satisfacción del cliente suministrado por la empresa Pausa Agencia para ello, se escogió la delineación experimental puro teniendo un enfoque cuantitativo. La muestra utilizada en el estudio estuvo compuesta por 200 clientes, a quienes se les aplicaron cuestionarios y se realizaron observaciones mediante fichas de observación. La indagación inferencial, se empleó mediante la justificación de Shapiro-Wilk y Wilcoxon para probar la hipótesis planteada. Se presenta el primer caso de cirugía de Whipple realizada en el Hospital Regional de Tumbes para tratamiento de ampuloma con resultado exitoso. Reporte de caso de una paciente con diagnóstico de ampuloma en la que se realizó la primera cirugía de Whipple efectuada en el Hospital Regional de Tumbes en octubre del año 2014. La paciente con diagnóstico de síndrome ictérico obstructivo por ampuloma fue sometida a cirugía de Whipple, cursó el post operatorio con mejoría paulatina, no presentó patología respiratoria, ni cursó con fiebre, la paciente toleró la vía oral, la ictericia disminuyó y fue dada de alta hospitalaria a los 13 días. Extrapleural Transthoracic discectomy can be considered a safe approach to resection of the calcified disc fragment and spinal cord descompression. Clinical case: 53-year-old man with middle dorsalgia radiating to the inframammary region and progressive difficulty walking, proximal paraparesis moderate, sensory level T8 and urinary retention. Se identificación y estudio la tolerancia de tres hongos agaricales saprofitos a la toxicidad de plomo (Pb2+) y zinc (Zn2+). La investigación se realizo en los distritos de la provincia de Huancayo, que están dentro de la cuenca del rio Mantaro, los hongos fueron colectados en los sectores de Paccha, Santa Ana, San Pedro de Saño, Agua de las Vírgenes, La Ribera, Millotingo, Ocopilla y Miraflores. La unión de hecho impropia ha sido un tema muy esquivado por los tratadistas y juristas peruanos avocados a resolver ciertas interrogantes del libro de familia en el Código Civil, la razón por la cual no quieren tratarlo es porque usualmente fricciona con la figura del matrimonio y la conformación familiar; nuestra sociedad al ser conservadora y costumbrista en muchos aspectos no tolera las nuevas ideas que atentan contra lo ya establecido, esta idea de protección puede resultar en algunos casos fatal.

Evaluar las características ambientales de los criaderos larvas y determinar las especies de mosquitos culícidos que colonizan el área urbana y periurbana de la ciudad de Canayre (Huanta, Ayacucho), es el propósito de la presente investigación. Pancreatitis is inflammation of the pancreas. The severity involves organic failure, local complications and prognostic markers, with severe acute pancreatitis of greater catabolism, which affects the nutritional status. Chronic cholecystitis is inflammation of the gallbladder. In type 2 diabetes, hyperglycemia is caused by insulin resistance and insufficient secretion of this. The case of a 40-year-old male undertaking epigastric pain, nausea and vomiting, whose diagnosis is severe acute pancreatitis corroborated by biochemical and TEM analyses, is presented. Ultrasound denotes the presence of chronic cholecystitis calculus. The Analytical data confirm type 2 diabetes. Patient is improving and tolerating nutritional support, although it is not operated. Early diagnosis and nutritional intervention are vital for patient recovery and avoid complications.

Chenopodium pallidicaule Aellen “kañiwa” es una especie altoandina que tolera varios tipos de estrés ambiental incluso la salinidad. Además, sus semillas presentan un alto valor alimenticio, por lo que es un gran potencial para combatir la desnutrición infantil en el Perú. Pero, a pesar de esto, actualmente su área se está restringiendo al departamento de Puno, Perú.
