The theme we have chosen makes it inevitable to focus with special attention on a serious problem that has plagued the country for several centuries. It is an issue that has always been postponed and ignored, because it denotes the political abuse of all governments. It is especially avoided every time that "the finger is put in the wound", when finally it is a question of reaching a fair and humane dialogue with the government and its relevant authorities.

Political party financing is a crucial aspect of politics. This article provides an overview of the Political Parties Law (LPP), enacted in November 2003, and evaluates its application in the Peruvian legal system. The authors aim to objectively analyze the law and its impact. The LPP addresses previously unregulated areas of party life, but also presents deficiencies. The text reflects on the significance of norms in political representation and financing of political parties. It is expected that future regulatory reforms will be transparent and promote democracy by reducing the interference of private interests. A public subsidy is suggested to achieve this goal. Achieving this goal requires the collaboration of an independent supervisory body with the ability to verify the information provided by political parties, as well as an effective system of sanctions to ensure compliance.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la metodología COM y el desempeño laboral en consultores informáticos de la empresa Everis, 2017. La población fue de 585 consultores informáticos que laboran en la fábrica de software para los proyectos BCP, CLARO y REPSOL, al aplicar el cálculo de la muestra para poblaciones finitas se obtuvo un total de 232 consultores informáticos que representan una muestra significativa de la población. However, not long ago, the inquiries about Argentina were rather exceptional. Research suggests that issue involvement moderates the efficacy of gain and loss frames, yet the extent to which this is true across behaviors and contexts is an open question. In this study, I examined the moderating role of issue involvement in the context of fruit and vegetable intake in Lima, Peru. Only 11.3% of the Peruvian population 15 years old or older consume five servings of fruits and vegetables every day, even though this health behavior prevents the onset of chronic diseases, including diabetes and hypertension.
