The huauhtli was domesticated by the native peoples of central Mexico, and between 1500 and 900 B.C., its cultivation was already widespread among the people of the region. This plant is included as a historical food heritage in rural localities in eastern Morelos, in Huazulco and Amilcingo, municipality of Temoac, in the Amatzinac Ravine (Barranca del Amatzinac) region; and also, in the small cities on the slopes south of the Popocatépetl volcano, belonging to the municipality of Tochimilco and Atzitzihuacán. El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar la efectividad del diseño del sistema de Áreas Naturales Protegidas del estado de Puebla, México. Se estableció como hipótesis que, debido a que en México el sistema de Áreas Naturales Protegidas se basa en un diseño ad hoc, en el estado de Puebla no se tienen representados adecuadamente los ecosistemas presentes. Se realizó un análisis gap para identificar los vacíos y omisiones de conservación de los tipos de vegetación con respecto a siete Áreas Naturales Protegidas federales y 12 estatales. Los resultados indicaron que en las Áreas Naturales Protegidas del estado se concentra el 15% del área cubierta por vegetación natural de esta entidad. En este estudio se analiza la sismicidad registrada en el campo geotérmico de Los Humeros-Puebla (México) durante el periodo 1997-2004. La información fue obtenida de 5 estaciones sísmicas instaladas por la Comisión Federal de Electricidad de México (CFE) y el Instituto de Ingeniería de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (I de I, UNAM). Los resultados muestran que los 95 sismos analizados presentan magnitudes Md≤3.6 y la profundidad de los hipocentros son menores a 4.0 km. This chapter aims to analyze the composition of the Cathedral Chapter of Puebla (Mexico), as well as its political position in the face of the French intervention in that country between 1861 and 1864. Based on the documentation of the chapter itself, the paper argues that, if Although the canons were open to negotiating with the civil authorities in power, whether liberal or foreign, they maintained two aspects as the inalienable basis of their public position: the defense of the central position of the Chapter as the authority of the episcopal city and the defense railway of ecclesiastical goods.

Background: Juvenile laryngeal papillomatosis (JLP) is a chronic benign disease from viral etiology, whose clinical course can be aggressive. In Mexico, the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes that cause this disease have been poorly studied. Objective: To identify the HPV genotypes in patients with JLP in a reference Hospital in Puebla, Mexico. Mehods: A retrospective descriptive study was performed in patients with JLP attended in a 3rd level care of the Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social in Puebla, México, from 2018 to 2021. Medical records were revised. In all patients, HPV identification was performed by polymerase chain reaction for genomes 6, 11, 16 and 18 using specific oligonucleotides. El estudio se realizó con el objetivo de evaluar los índices de vegetación para la estimación de biomasa arbórea en sistemas agrosilvícolas de fincas en Zihuateutla, Puebla, México. El trabajo inicio con la ubicación de 20 parcelas pre-establecidas, las cuales estaban distribuidas en 6 fincas agrosilvícolas, en cada parcela usando la tecnología Field Map se geo-posicionaron todos los individuos (café y arboles) obteniendo sus coordenadas, asimismo, se evaluaron sus variables dasométricas, las cuales fueron necesarias para la estimación de biomasa usando ecuaciones alométricas. Objetivos: Comparar la edad cronológica y la edad dental empleando el Método de Demirjian en niños de 4 a 16 años de edad que acuden a un Centro Radiológico Privado, durante el año 2014 en Puebla, México. Material y Métodos: Diseño descriptivo, retrospectivo y analítico; en donde la muestra fue la misma que la población la cual consistió de 1125 radiografías panorámicas, tomadas durante el año 2014. Se realizó el cálculo de la edad dental en cada una de ellas, de acuerdo al método de Demirjian. Teniendo este dato se hizo un análisis compa- rativo con la edad cronológica tomada de la base de datos de las imágenes, utilizando la prueba de Wilcoxon. The usability of the QR codes is measured in a well-known cafeteria in the city of Puebla, Mexico, following the guidelines of the Government of Mexico which recommend the food and beverage sector to eliminate physical menus as they are considered a point of spread of COVID-19 and its replacement by digital menus distributed by QR codes. The methodology in this research is that of a case study using a real environment. The ease of use of the menu by diners and employees of the establishment is measured. The results are oriented to the use of this technology as an option to reduce contact surfaces and at the same time it is novel for users; however, there are still gaps in terms of available peripherals and Internet speed.

The sequelae are a consequence of a deterioration in the quality of life, fatigue, dyspnea and joint pain. The objective of the work was to evaluate the Perceived School Climate (school and classroom) in the Amozoc de Mota secondary school (Puebla, Mexico) from an educational marketing perspective. It was developed a conclusive-descriptive and transversal research, surveying 215 teachers with an instrument adapting the constructs on the Study of behaviors, climate and school coexistence.
