This paper, resume a research that had as objetive build a future scenario to 2040 for programs that promote the innovation in Perú, inside the competitive intelligence. In order to achieve this goal, it considered a simple of 10 experts of differents organizations, and Through the implementation of interviews and surveys It was possible to identify 37 variables of the system, of which 23 were considered as keys, and with them built the future scenario. It’s a prospective research, therefore based on consultation with experts, the main difficulty encountered he resided in the availability of these; however, this was solved.

This investigation was done in order to identify students with low levels of protective factors in suicidal risk (assertiveness, effective communication, self-esteem, decision making), evaluated with a questionnaire Ad Hoc (authors) and complementary the suicide risk, assessed with the Suicide Risk Questionnaire of Plutchik, in130 students of second, third and fourth year of a State School in the town of Huánuco, Peru. 29% (38 students) fulfill the inclusion criteria mentioned. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo conocer cuáles son los factores que determinan la insatisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Lely Special Corporation SAC durante el 2017. Se caracteriza por ser cuali-cuantitativo de diseño descriptivo no experimental. Para la obtención de los datos estadísticos se utilizó la encuesta, cuyo instrumento es la encuesta de opinión; el mismo que se aplicó a una muestra de 76 colaboradores con edades que fluctúan entre 20 a 63 años de edad, que ocupan el cargo de auxiliares de despacho en el área de distribución de líquidos. De acuerdo al análisis estadístico se concluye que el 48,68% se encuentra en desacuerdo con la satisfacción con la labor que realizan y el 51,32%.

Satisfacción laboral en la tienda Kozue hogar de la ciudad de Iquitos año 2025. Este informe final de tesis analiza el nivel de satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Kozue Hogar en la ciudad de Iquitos durante el año 2025, con el objetivo general de proponer estrategias que permitan mejorar dicha satisfacción. La investigación se enmarca dentro de un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental y de tipo transversal, ya que los datos fueron recolectados en un solo momento sin manipular las variables del entorno. La población estuvo conformada por 20 trabajadores, incluyendo vendedores, cajeras, almaceneros, personal de vigilancia y practicantes. Los resultados obtenidos revelan un coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach de 0,792 para la variable satisfacción laboral, lo que indica una consistencia interna aceptable y una medición confiable de los ítems aplicados. ...

Con el objetivo de examinar la frecuencia de obesidad abdominal y el ausentismo laboral por causa médica, se realizó un estudio transversal en 185 varones pertenecientes a una industria metalmecánica. En ellos, además de datos sociodemográficos, se recogió datos antropométricos y se midió la circunferencia de cintura (CC) en centímetros como indicador de obesidad abdominal. Se encontró, además de una alta frecuencia de obesidad abdominal (28,7%), que los trabajadores con obesidad abdominal presentaron mayor frecuencia, mayor tiempo y mayores costos por las incapacidades médicas. Se concluye que la obesidad abdominal en esta muestra fue altamente frecuente; no obstante, al tratarse de un riesgo reversible, las empresas podrían beneficiarse, en términos de ausentismo laboral, de programas preventivo promocionales destinados a controlar este problema.

The objective is to describe and discuss some findings on university education and learning of recent graduated doctors in their Rural and Marginal Urban Health Service (SERUMS) in the Junin region. Young doctors’ training is basically hospital based and their expectations after graduating are inclined to cure complex diseases rather than to develop primary health care activities. There is a recurrent lack of knowledge of management of health prevention and promotion programs in health posts and centers. How to communicate, give confidence, restore and support the decisions of patients are difficult in emergency situations or uncertainty about their illnesses. The emphasis on how to achieve humane care in which both professionals and patients can hear themselves and agree on joint decisions is a challenge in construction.

Two decades ago, the Peruvian government introduced the National BioTrade Promotion Program to support the production and export of agricultural commodities that complysp;with UNCTAD’s principles and criteria for BioTrade. This article takes stock of some of the program’s achievements over the past 20 years and discusses the challenges that remain to scaling up biodiversity-friendly approaches to agriculture in Peru. We find that the rapid increase in export during the first ten years of the program, which drove the initial optimism about BioTrade’s potential for economic development and biodiversity conservation, has given way to a more cautious assessment as the second decade has seen the expansion of markets for Peruvian biodiversity-based products slow down considerably.

An extensive literature review reveals various authors acknowledge skills have an impact on entrepreneurial success. However, a lack of consensus regarding the main skills an entrepreneur needs is apparent. In this study, a contribution is made to the debate with empirical data and analysis. A sample of 394 potential entrepreneurs was administered the SAT-ECENT questionnaire, testing four skills: readiness to change, learning capacity, impact on people, and stress tolerance. The questionnaires were administered in Serbia (n = 190) and in Germany (n = 204). In this paper, evidence about two main issues is presented: entrepreneurial skills vary significantly across countries, and the skill tolerance to stress plays an important role in explaining the variance in the development of entrepreneurial skills in the two countries. El presente artículo, resume una investigación que tuvo como objetivo formular un escenario futurible al 2040 para los programas que fomentan la innovación en el Perú, en el marco de la inteligencia competitiva. Para el logro de dicho objetivo, se consideró una muestra de 10 expertos en el tema de diferentes organizaciones, y mediante la aplicación de entrevistas y encuestas se logró identificar 37 variables del sistema de las cuales 23 fueron consideradas como claves y con ellas se construyó el escenario futurible. Al ser una investigación prospectiva y por ende basada en la consulta a expertos, la principal dificultad encontrada residió en la disponibilidad de estos; sin embargo esto fue superado.

Se buscaba identificar a los estudiantes con niveles bajos en algunos factores protectores del riesgo suicida (asertividad, comunicación efectiva, autoestima, toma de decisiones), evaluados con un cuestionario Ad Hoc (autores) y complementariamente el Riesgo suicida (RS), evaluado con el Cuestionario de Riesgo suicida de Plutchik, en 130 estudiantes de segundo, tercero y cuarto año de estudios de un colegio estatal de la localidad de Huánuco-Perú.
