The article provides teaching materials on the use of mobile technologies in the music-theoretical courses of children’s art schools. The use of mobile technologies allows teachers to organize their teaching activities (create a portfolio or a website), create an environment for remote support for learners (virtual classroom with assignments, tests, etc.), change the principles of classwork and homework by means of mobile applications and by making training programs personal and individual, adapted to the needs of each student. Tablets and gadgets have always attracted children, therefore, these familiar devices and the element of game and competition (various music applications) can help music-theoretical courses become much more interesting, draw children’s attention and energize them.

At the beginning of the re-examination of the typology of traditional marketing advertising based on classic authors of advertising communication, the two structuring types linked to the new “modi operandi” of the counter-hegemonic advertising practices that figure in social advertising, including community advertising, will be discussed. The idea is to contribute with the enrichment of the scientific discussion on communication in advertising and propaganda articulated to the recent consumption practices and made viable by mobile technologies.

Mobile devices have acquired an increasingly prominent role within the media arena. The consolidation of smartphones as the preferred platforms to access digital journalistic information has led to a number of changes in how the news is produced, distributed and eventually consumed. The University of Ayacucho Federico Froebel (UDAFF) is promoting a research project that seeks to improve the teaching and learning of language and mathematics for children in early education in the Quechua-speaking population of Ayacucho, through the use of mobile technologies (cell phones and tablets). Among the expected results of this project is that children in early education will have digital educational tools (from cell phones and tablets) with content adapted to the reality of Ayacucho, and that favor the learning of language and mathematics in the mother tongue of their parents (Quechua speakers), being accessible from any Quechua-speaking community. This will also serve to reduce the weakening of the Quechua mother tongue, as well as the cultural identity of the populations of the Andean peoples.

The present work of quantitative research, descriptive correlational cross-section, aimed to determine the relationship between the use of mobile technology and the development of social skills in schoolchildren of an educational institution “Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe”. The sample universe consisted of 60 school children from the fifth grade of primary school who met the inclusion criteria. There is a debate about the concept of mobile learning and the emergence of mobile devices in higher edcation. This research was developed from a qualitative approach, with the participation of eight university faculty members through a discussion group.
