This article has the intention to present studies from active investigation, in the National Mobilization Program for the Reading Comprehension. We treat the matter of topic comprehension and the principal idea from an informative text across the actions that we have carried out together with Basic Regular Education communication teachers in a Secondary (High School) level. We star from topic concept, the principal idea and teacher’s presentation about the topic who we work. This is the activities that we proposed and the results.

This paper tries to analyze the ideas about education that the philosopher of the tabula rasa, John Locke, proposed towards the middle of the 17th century. According to him, education must be based more on virtue and moral values than epistemic education, since men are good or bad, useful or not, because of the education they receive from the family or school. A concern for its quality spreads throughout our educational system, a problem that for Locke was already central, since he said that if we want the common good, it is necessary to have talented teachers who are solidly educated in moral qualities. Locke's pedagogy can serve as a propaedeutic framework to reflect on the great fractures of our educational system, and to propose a sustainable and inclusive education.

Sentiment analysis is a new trend' nowadays to understand how people' feel in different situations of their daily life. Social network data is used during the whole process of analysis and' classification, which consists of text data. Using social networks, the emotional level can be monitored or analyzed. In this research work we will classify data from social networks such as twitter regarding suicide and classify it as: active suicidal thinking, passive suicidal thinking, sarcasm related to suicidal thinking, tweets related to suicide (suicide awareness, news, suicide talk) and others.

RESUMEN Se realizó un proyecto de responsabilidad social sobre serigrafía en el Asentamiento Humano “Las Torres de San Borja”, con la finalidad de generar una idea de negocio para los pobladores de dicha zona, con la participación de los estudiantes de la Universidad Privada del Norte. El objetivo de este taller es fabricar polos personalizados para brindar facilidad y comodidad al cliente elaborando diseños originales, a la vanguardia en continua interacción con las tendencias de la moda. Para llevar a cabo este taller: primero, se realizó una lluvia de ideas y se escogió la propuesta más factible. Luego, se realizaron capacitaciones al equipo monitor. Después, se hizo la difusión del taller en la zona para la respectiva inscripción de los interesados. Por último, se logró realizar el taller con gran éxito en la transmisión de la idea de negocio a la comunidad.

The article presents the origins of the idea of development, at the beginning of this century, as well as those of the American idea of peace and prosperity. It analyzes the political rationale of the Allie's doctrine of peace and prosperity during world War II, linking economic development, political, stability, and international peace, it also sketches some critical opinions of these notions, articulated in the US and Britain in the 1940's and 1950's especially those questioning the assumptions behind American development assitance. It suggests the general conditions that should guide a new search for peace and prosperity in today's improverished and agitated Third World.

El material como lenguaje, promueve la reflexión sobre el material como parte del proceso de la construcción de ideas en la arquitectura. Este ensayo plantea tres reflexiones sobre el material, la primera ahonda sobre como resulta ineludible pensar en las características materiales de los objetos físicos, la segunda se detiene en la relación entre el material y la producción de ideas y la tercera despliega una suerte de puente para esta paradoja en la que el lenguaje y la representación gráfica se vuelven agentes importantes.
