The economic constitution is a creation of the 20th century and we have the Weimar Constitution as the pioneer and basis of this thought, its main contribution being the express acknowledgement of the content of the economy in a Constitution. En el evangelio de Mateo (15:21-28), esta cimentada en el contraste de la misión de Jesucristo como consecuencia de haber sido enviado por el padre inicialmente a las ovejas perdidas de la casa de Israel (v. 24). Asimismo, en el capítulo diez del mismo libro, observamos a nuestro Señor dando órdenes especificas a sus discípulos similares a las que probablemente recibió del padre, como está escrito. Bajo esta premisa, una madre y mujer cananea buscará a Jesús por amor a su hija, y así surge esta fascinante historia que nos muestra una gran verdad, la cual está basada en “La fe y la misericordia”.

El presente trabajo de investigación se realiza en respuesta a las malas interpretaciones y al mal uso que se le ha dado al pasaje antes mencionado, puesto que es usado para subyugar, atropellar los derechos de la mujer en relación a su forma de arreglase y vestirse, también a callar y no decir nada en la iglesia y su familia. El contexto en el que se realiza el presente trabajo es en el marco de la investigación que busca responder la siguiente pregunta: ¿Será la postura correcta el de levantar las manos para orar? ¿Qué implica vestirse con pudor y modestia? ¿Qué quiso Pablo decir que las mujeres no enseñen y solo callen? ¿Qué importancia tiene el que Pablo cite el orden de la creación? ¿Qué implica cuando Pablo dice: Y se salvara engendrando hijos?.

Cuando nos preguntamos respecto de la importancia del nuevo modelo procesal penal, tenemos que señalar, que este cuerpo de leyes, constituye, un importante paso, hacia adelante, en cuanto, a la protección de derechos fundamentales, aspecto, que es propio de un Estado de Derecho moderno y democrático. The purpose of this study is to analyze and present an exegesis of the concept of human dignity. This is regarding the bioethical implications surrounding supernumerary embryos. Thus, the study will be conducted from the perspective of the anthropological-personalist model. This approach places the human being at the center of its focus, distancing itself from reductionist frameworks such as radical liberalism, utilitarianism, among others, which tend to objectify human life. Nowadays, the protection of information has become an indispensable and omnipresent need. In this context, blockchain technology has emerged as a disruptive solution, generating a significant impact thanks to its decentralized structure and its ability to provide an immutable and transparent record of transactions. This article aims to analyze how blockchain has been successfully implemented to protect sensitive data, ranging from financial applications to medical records management, through a systematic review of information collected between the years 2018 and 2024. The present work deals with the search, discovery and exhibition of two letters written to Palma by two informants from the city of Huamachuco, Nicolás Rebaza Cueto and Francisco Moreno Azcate, whose texts include the written source of the Traditions “The witches of Shulcahuanga”, and the third part of “The burial seekers”. The exegesis is done to the literary texts of both traditions confirming the findings of the studies and extensive criticism that has been made to the life and work of the Patriarch of our letters, and, in the case of “The witches of Shulcahuanga”, in the reaches of the critique, many different conclusions to which some authors have arrived, achieving more, the objectives of the meetings denominated “Re-vision of the Traditions”.

The paper deals with the new critical assessments of the historical Tradition Los brujos de Shulcahuanga, through a new look at the exegesis, already carried out and, within a holistic approach, of intra, inter and extra textuality, consistent with the nature of the Palmyan Tradition. Locating us in one of its worlds: the historical, (chronic), more than the other: the literary, in which, the Tradition takes its being, and, having achieved its literary values, we try to find objectivity, “proportionality” of the history in the plot of the Tradition, the dimensions and characteristics of a narrated independence uprising, taking care of the inextricable unity of those two worlds, that is given through a language loaded with ironic humor, jocular, satirical and mocking, that conforms the tradition. The findings will allow a comprehensive assessment of the mentioned Tradition.

La dogmática penal referida a los delitos contra la familia nos permite realizar exégesis de las conductas prohibidas contenidas en los tipos penales que son merecedoras de sanción penal, pues en los matrimonios ilegales se tiene como bien jurídico tutelado la familia, protegiéndose específicamente, al matrimonio monogámico, así como a la madre, el padre y los hijos. También se salvaguardan en los ilícitos contra el estado civil (soltero, casado, viudo, o divorciado) los diferentes derechos, facultades u obligaciones que le atañen al sujeto. Finalmente, tratamos el polémico ilícito de omisión a la asistencia familiar, puesto que estamos de acuerdo con varios jurisconsultos en que la pena efectiva pone en riesgo a la familia del condenado respecto a su integridad, vida, y unidad.

I will approach the analysis and exegesis of the denotative lexemes that correspond to the three natural spaces (animal, vegetable and mineral) that appear in the poems of The Black Heralds. Then I will enter the connotative depths of meaning expressed in the poems to reveal their structure and their indissoluble unity with its natural Andean reality (Santiago de Chuco) and coastal reality (Trujillo and Lima), demonstrating the deep natural root of Peruvianness in Vallejo’s poetic creation.

“Philosophy and Exegesis in the Enneads. The Wings of the Plotinean Soul in his reading of Plato’s Phaedrus”. In the present paper, we examine the role exegesis plays in the philosophy of the Enneads and, in particular, the way in which Plotinus interprets Plato. With this purpose we analyze, in the first place, some revealing passages of Porphyrius’ Life of Plotinus in order to understand, on the one hand, how late Greek thinkers conceived the exegetic endeavour and, on the other hand, the way in which plotinian philosophy was considered by his contemporaries. In the second section of this work, we examine the treatise IV 8 of the Enneads and try to show some peculiar aspects of Plotinus’ exegetic procedure as well as of his reading of Plato’s Phaedrus.

This in sight may worry because of the socio-economic, cultural, and political situation we live in, where the reality of the poor seems to question and thus undermine the relevance of any approximation that is purely “thematic”. The analysis and insights presented herein are not intended to seek a solution to such complex and real problem.The purpose is primarily one of exegetical character: to understand the message of a text written many years ago –in a socio-cultural environment that is very different from ours –but with a content that is still current for its provocative and puzzling nature, considering that no exegesis can bed one without understanding the text with in the reality one lives in.

El presente trabajo trata de la búsqueda, el hallazgo y la exhibición de dos cartas escritas a Palma por dos informantes de la ciudad de Huamachuco: Nicolás Rebaza Cueto y Francisco Moreno Azcate, en cuyos textos se encuentran la fuente escrita de las tradiciones Los brujos de Shulcahuanga, y la III parte de Los buscadores de entierros. Se hace la exégesis a los textos literarios de ambas tradiciones confirmando los hallazgos de los estudios y de la amplia crítica que se ha hecho a la vida y obra del Patriarca de nuestra letras, y, en el caso de Los brujos de Shulcahuanga, en los alcances de la crítica, muchas conclusiones son diferentes a las que han llegado algunos autores, lográndose con creces los objetivos de los encuentros denominados “Re-visión de las Tradiciones”.
